Who we are
Aier is an environmental protection equipment company which combines the services including R&D, design, equipment manufacturing, construction and installation and after sales service.
Zhangjiagang Aier Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 .It owned 10000 M2 standard workshop and RMB 40 million fixed assets. We have 100 employees on the payroll and about 35% among them are technical personnel.

The company successfully provided about 300 set dust removal equipment for various industries, including: welding fume collection system, auxiliary dust removal system for pneumatic conveying, auxiliary dust removal system for tire factory’s mixer and proportioning process, dust collector system of chemical powder, recovery system of pharmacological powder and dust removal system of nonferrous metal and smelting industry and so on.
The company has a complete set of quality management system, from all the aspects such as technique, process, production and installation to strictly assure and control the quality, and strictly implement the requirements of ISO9001 quality system to obtain the peer and the user’s recognition.

Unique design concept: Our engineers in engineering and technical department all have 5 to 10 years experience of environmental dust removal industry. We use full 3D design, simulation and verification, we can simulate and analyze the strength and fluid to solvepotential using problem in the design stage as much as possible to improve the reliability of the design and reduce the cost of the equipment.
Strong production capacity: the company has all kinds of professional production equipment, from engineering design to production realizes seamless connection, and can carry out paperless production, greatly reducing the quality problem during the production process.
Perfect pre-sale and after-sale service: technical service team has many years’ experience, can quickly provide the services such as dust collector selection, filter material matching, engineering cost, installation guidance and troubleshooting and other service the customers.
The warranty period is 12 months from the acceptance date or 18 months from arrival date at Michelin’s site, whichever occurs first. During the warranty period, all the damages and failures under normal operation will be free repaired by us.
We will give troubleshooting guide by phone or email in 4 hours after receiving failure or complain report. If above action failed, our after sales engineer will arrive at Michelin site in 48 hours.
After installation and commissioning of the equipment, we will provide safety operation and general maintenance training to relevant operator.
