Including its subsidiaries and affiliates, the AMADA Group is composed of approximately 90 companies. The Group's main businesses include the manufacture, sale, leasing, repair, maintenance, checking and inspection of metalworking machinery and devices.

The Group's core operations in metalworking machinery are centered mainly on four businesses focusing on the Sheet Metal Machinery Business, Metal Cutting & Stamping Press Machinery Business, Structural Steel Machine Business and Machine Tool Business. In addition to its main businesses, The Group also provides total solution services that range from computer software and peripheral devices for controlling metalworking machines to toolings and maintenance. As a general manufacturer of metalworking machines, AMADA contributes to the development of manufacturing by solving the most urgent issues from the customer's point of view.
