Founded in 1987, with the name of Colombo Filippetti Torino srl, in 2013 the company changed its name to CFT Rizzardi srl following changes in the corporate structure.

The main business of CFT Rizzardi is based on the study and application of cam handling systems for the manufacturing of:

- Machine tool components: TOOL CHANGER and PALLET CHANGER systems

- Handling systems for industrial automation
