Optical sorting is one of the most careful ways to clean bulk products. Grain does not undergo any of the processes which may damage the product (mechanical treatment, washing or calibration). Optical sorters ensure homogeneous quality of the product achieving high consumer appeal and 99.99 % purity. Moreover, an increasing number of agricultural producers prefer color sorting to any other treatment method, as it can remove impurities and reduce production costs.

The CSort company was established in 2007 as a Savinkov family business. Since then, the company has grown significantly. We are sensitive to the challenges and needs of each customer and are committed to modifying existing solutions or developing new ones for your individual tasks. The CSort color sorter performance varies in such a way that our equipment is suitable for both a small farm and factory with a large output. Thus, you get equipment that fits the scale of your process, without any unnecessary elements or options.

We always take care of our machines when they become part of the customers production. Thanks to the advanced technologies, we can monitor machines state 24h and are able to do diagnostics and make adjustments of the equipment via the Internet. If necessary, our service engineers will visit you on a timely basis.

The Company Engineering Department continuously operates to search for and implement new technologies in developing the company’s equipment and to improve existing solutions. The company invests 10% of the turnover in research and development, as we know our customers expect only the best from us. CSort supports young researchers and collaborates with leading engineering universities. Also, we are willing to share our experience in establishing innovative production with other companies to make a difference in people’s lives.
