Since 1963 DALMEC has become the world leader in the field of industrial manipulators. Every day new applications enrich our experience. More than 50.000 manipulators are in use throughout all the industrialised areas of the five continents. DALMEC is a totally integrated company, at the same time specialised and flexible. All processes, from design through to production and final testing are carried out exclusively by DALMEC personnel at our plant in Cles (Italy), which extends over an area of 30,000 m2, of which 14,000 m2 are under cover.

DALMEC technical-commercial network extends worldwide to ensure a competent support during supply and an efficient after-sales service. Customer satisfaction has always been the main priority of DALMEC group. We always stand by our customers, from the delivery of the manipulator to the following use. All manipulators are subject to continuous tests and checks, even after installation, to guarantee safety and durability. Our spare parts and services department employs highly skilled technicians, constantly trained, to offer promptly qualified and effective support.

The main purpose of DALMEC manipulators is to assist the customer and give him support to reduce the weight of his workload and to enable him to work safely, efficiently and precisely. DALMEC continuously strives every day to find the best solution to allow the handling of any kind of product without any effort in accordance with the ergonomic criteria.

We consider safety a matter of utmost importance and a fundamental component common to all products that we manufacture in conformity with the UNI EN standards and in compliance with the EC Atex directives and with all safety guidelines and markings. Functional analysis, design, study of the different technical solutions available, simulations and prototypes creation are all phases in the production process that DALMEC carries out in close partnership with the client, with continuous controls and reviews during project development.
