1. Do you offer an "all-inclusive" service?

Yes, Mecatelier can carry out all the work. We support you whether it is for the electrical connection, pneumatic connection, or civil engineering work.

We also offer our free consulting service to advise you in choosing the product that will best suit your process.

2. What warranty do you offer?

We provide a 1 year warranty for all our products and 2 years for labor, you can also opt for maintenance service and be eligible for a 7 year warranty.

3. What are your delivery times?

The normal lead time is 10 weeks but this may vary depending on the complexity of the order, the number of requests in progress and the availability of components. The delivery date will be communicated to you on your quote.

4. What is the origin of your products?

It depends on the component we are talking about, in fact, our products are an assembly of high quality and prestigious brand components. Each manufacturer is an expert in its field.

5. Do your rates seem more expensive than other providers?

We can always find cheaper… but at what price?

Our offer seems at first sight (sometimes) more expensive than some other offers on but this is explained by several points including 3 of the most important:

- Our paint booths are composed only of high quality components, studied and tested in order to have the best performance in terms of power consumption, longevity and quality of work.

- We also include several services and advice in our package so as to offer an "all-inclusive" product (some service providers voluntarily display a low price to then charge for services that are mandatory for your equipment to be operational or to comply with regulations, etc.) .

- The quality of the installation service and our after-sales service which, in the event of a breakdown, intervenes as quickly as possible, on average, following the observation of the problem, we put in place a solution within 36 hours. This efficiency has a cost and this is included in our prices.
