WE DESIGN AND MAKE MACHINES FOR PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION

We provide nutraceutical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging solutions for small and medium-sized industrial companies, pharmacies and galenic laboratories

We produce a complete range of machines that cover all pharmaceutical forms for solid, semi-solid and liquid preparations:

Machines for mixing powder

Machines for capsules and tablets production

Machines for liquids and creams production

Machines for packaging in various formats: sachets, jars, bottles, tubes, blisters and pillbox

We provide assistance, the sale of accessories and format changes and spare parts even for machines that are no longer in production

We supply preformed blisters with and without pre-welded aluminum foil, heat-sealable film reels for sachet packaging, glass and plastic containers for pharmaceutical packaging with various types of fittings; printed or anonymous cases.

QUALITY

CSQ has certified the quality system of MultiGel according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the design and assembly of machinery for galenic production and for the packaging of pharmaceutical industries.

Quality policy is a primary goal for MultiGel, customer satisfaction is the satisfaction and motivation of the MultiGel team.

The management system and procedures have been designed to optimize the life cycle of the entire production process and maximize the quality perceived by the customer.

HISTORY

Since 1936.

Historic Florentine reality, Multigel is positioned as an important reference in the production of machinery for the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic sectors.

In 2014, the company faces a change at the corporate level starting an important process of renewal in management, always improving human capital and the high quality of its consolidated production in more than 80 years of activity in the sector.

STRATEGY

To supply always high quality products that meet customers needs.

Starting in 2016, the Research and Development Office was set up to improve the machines already in production and the development of new machines, based on inputs from the commercial, marketing and production areas. From the beginning, the Research and Development Office worked in close synergy with the Technical Office for the design and development of new products. The design is carried out with the use of three-dimensional CAD systems that allow to reduce the time of prototyping and start production, ensuring high standards already in the preliminary phase.

In 2017, highly qualified team were acquired exclusively dedicated to the Research and Development Office, the innovation activity and the investment in technological development allowed Multigel to become part of the Innovative SMEs. An important goal and another step in the direction of company growth.

In 2018 we obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Certification thus obtaining the official certification for our business processes.

TARGET

Thanks to the strategic actions undertaken as well as to the company’s internationalization activities, today MultiGel aims to become the best partner for galenic pharmacies and galenic laboratories and positioning as a reference point for nutraceutical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging solutions for small and medium-sized companies industrial at national and international level.

Nowaday, MultiGel is well established in Italy and has an export share close to 50% with sales in about 20 European and extra-European countries. View some of our main customers in the world.

The components have Italian origins, except Siemens manufacturing electronics, the machines are made exclusively in Multigel.
