Who we are
Robbi Group Company for more than 70 years is a leading worldwide manufacturer of a complete line of universal grinding machines, vertical /horizontal honing machines, engine rebuilding machines.
Founded in Milan in 1934 specialized in the construction of engine rebuilding machines for the automotive reconditioning market.
In the 1970 the Robbi Group added to it's existing production range of engine rebuilding machines, a line of industrial grinding machines and a line of vertical / horizontal honing machines.
In Italy and worldwide the ROBBI trademark has grown and today it is a reference point for national and international Companies requesting a high quality product suitable for the various production requirements.
All ROBBI machines are completely manufactured and assembled in our factory in Italy.
The whole process is controlled and supervised by highly qualified professionals, who work to ensure high product quality and performance, which has always been the strength of 'ROBBI' trademark.

A team of highly skilled technicians support customers during installation and training
The technical department works very close with the customer, to develop specific software for grinding components with particular technological features related to the geometry or materials of new generation, such as: carbon fibers, rubber and composite materials of aircraft components.
The Company also offers management technology via a remote control for technical training and after sale customer service, ensuring a product of high efficiency and competitiveness.
PRODUCTION
Universal Grinding Machines For External and Internal Grinding
The Robbi Group for many years design and construct universal grinding machines.
Specialized in producing machines for grinding medium and large size cylinders and rolls.
Twenty years of experience achieved in this field permit Robbi Group today to manufacture machines capable of performing high-precision grinding jobs on a variety of materials (steel, cast iron, rubber, carbon, sintered materials) for the automotive, aerospace, printing and mechanics in general.
The range of ROBBI grinding machines with movable table begin for small components (from 600 to 1500 mm), up to components of (8000 mm with weight of approx. 6 tons).
Excellent results have been achieved also in the realization of machines with movable grinding wheel, capable of grinding components with very heavy weights and lengths.
The production line includes hydraulic, semi-automatic and automatic versions.
Thanks to it's highly qualified professionals staff Robbi Group may develop SPECIAL PROJECTS (bespoke customizations) with the design and realization of machines to suit customer specific applications.
Vertical and Horizontal Honing Machines
The production includes vertical and horizontal honing machines.
With our experience of more than 60 years in the manufacture of honing machines, we have produced the machines LYOR which are distinguished for their rigidity and power.
The Honing machines LYOR are available standard or with double rotation spindle.
Equipped with a touch-screen control panel for easy programming and management of all working parameters performed by the PLC.
