Established in 2001, Shenzhen ZHAOWEI Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd is an experienced company in research, design, manufacture, and assembly of the micro motor, gearbox, and other micro precision transmission systems. Driven by the mission of “precise, tiny, high torque”, we have been putting great stress on product research. Technicians with years’ experience in the precision gear field make up for the R&D dept of ZHAOWEI, covering transmission principle & material research, motor & molding design, injection &assembly automation, gear, and drive system testing. Thanks to “ZHAOWEI” ers’ efforts, we’ve made great progress in micro transmission patents. What we want to do is making regulations for the industry and rebuilding it.

What We Can Do

With about 20 years of experience in the precision machining industry, ZHAOWEI is capable of providing comprehensive service for customers, including R&D, assembly, manufacture of brush DC gear motor, BLDC gear motor, stepper gear motor, planetary gear motor, micro gear motor, micro planetary gearbox, etc.

We have developed more than 2,000 sets of plastic gear molds, with modules M ranging from 0.06 to 1.2, including a variety of different gear types, such as spur gears, helical gears, internal spur gears, internal helical gears, worm gears, worms, bevel gears, and racks.

Our products can be divided into polymers and metal when categorized by the material. As far as polymers are concerned, we adopt POM, Nylon, PEEK, PBT, LCP, PPS. When it comes to voltage and size, we manufacture motor and mechanism products with winding voltages between 1.5-24V and with motor frame diameters between 3.4~38mm. Moreover, with the combination of multi-gear and motors, the reduction ratio is between 5-1500.

2. Precision assurance. We import many precision machining equipments from Germany, Japan, and Switzerland to improve machining accuracy, like computerized numerical control precision machining, EDM, gear hobbing machine, wire cutting machines, etc.

3. Quality control. It’s well-known that polymers material can be easily affected by temperature, pressure, cooling duration. Three methods are adopted to ensure product quality.

l Our technician will choose a suitable solution and enhance the efficiency of tooling pilot injection by doing mold flow analysis.

l Independently developed gear mold cavity parameter design software and gearbox design platform can optimize the displacement coefficient and planetary gear tip interference verification to decrease noise and improve the efficiency & life of the gearbox.

l Conformal cooling technology, and cavity pressure technology to improve quality and efficiency.

4. Multi-test. We established the drive module lab to stimulate the use of cases, testing the product performance. It includes loading test, aging performance test, high-temperature test, dust test, rain test, cold &heat &shock test, vibration test, etc.
