Susty Wastes Solutions was founded in 2020 by three partners: Yann Masson, Georges Chalain and Yann Guillaume.
Our company brings together a team of technical and operational experts specialising in the design, manufacture and commissioning of waste sorting and recovery lines.

Based on a robust ‘manufacturer-integrator’ strategy, the Group experienced strong growth between 2020 and 2026 and now has 345 employees and 11 sites.

This momentum was demonstrated by rapid expansion with the opening of our subsidiaries SWS France in Vannes, SWS Energy in Fourmies and SWS Polska in Skomlin. Since June 2026, CERIP SOLUTIONS has strengthened the Group’s overall strategy by providing complementary technical expertise and geographical coverage for specific industrial projects.

At Susty Wastes Solutions, we offer solutions tailored to every waste stream—whether for new projects or renovations, and of any scale—including source-separated waste, residual household waste (OMR), commercial waste (DAE), WEEE, plaster, incinerator bottom ash, industrial waste, and more.
