BOS Ecoline combines the advantages of aluminium profiles with the optimal cost effectiveness of plastic of plastic caps to create a superior enclosure concept. Different sizes and profile types permit use with an extremely wide range of electronic products.
Four cross-section formats are available, each in a closed, open-on-one-side or divided version. The robust aluminium profiles are available in each size and design in three standard lengths ex-warehouse.
Plastic caps, with or without integrated wall brackets, are available as end elements. Depending on the profile type, ingress protection category IP40 can be increased to IP54 by means of a industrial seal set.
As a system supplier, in addition to mechanical processing, BOPLA can supply customer-specific membrane keypads and the assembly of complete enclosures including electronic components.

The busbar system forms the main power distribution within an assembly and is one of the critical elements determining the assembly's operational reliability and safety. The Logstrup busbar system is designed to withstand the mechanical and thermal stress existing during normal service as well as under fault conditions.
The main busbar can be arranged at the top, bottom or at any module in between in the enclosure. They may also be arranged in the X, Y plane or in the Z plane. This allows the ultimate in flexibility.

Bovista is the development of a new, individually adaptable enclosure for use in building automation systems and many other fields of electronics.
Three basic sizes, each in white and grey, are available.
The enclosure base can be supplied with or without ventilation. In each case, eight different lid types, with different sizes and shapes, can be fitted to the base.
In addition to a smooth design, the customer can choose between lids with a membrane keypad area, design front or a hinged lid.
To fit the lid, simply snap it onto the base; the constructional design allows for horizontal or vertical professional fitting.
The enclosure can be fitted to the wall by means of the integrated keyholes in the base or by the snap-on wall fitting plate. In addition, as standard this plate has two cut-outs so that the enclosure can be used in combination with flush-mounted sockets.
In addition to printed surfaces and mechanical processing, ( e.g. for display cut-outs ), BOPLA also offers customerspecific membrane keypads.

The new IDG-A1 Din track mount enclosure is ideal for applications requiring a housing for smaller pcbs and minimal DIN rail space loss. The IDG-A1 has sleak lines, making this an attractive packaging medium for applications such as home/building automation.
This enclosure has been designed according to DIN 43 880, providing the dimensions and specifications required for installation component standards. Conforming to VBG 4 and IEC529/DIN VDE 0470-1, the IDG-A1 prevents accidental shock and injury while meeting the requirements of the automation industries.This new housing enables users to incorporate one vertical pcb and a top horizontal pcb or three horizontal pcbs. The top horizontal pcb is ideal for holding signalling devices/indicators and switches. Fully populated, the terminal blocks manufacturers have a maximum of 12 screw clamp manufacturer terminals. For applications not requiring all 12 I/O positions or requirements for additional internal space, selective loading may be done, with empty positions being filled with blind plugs. |

To permit the insertion of mounting plates and PCB's, all designs have vertical and horizontal grooves which ensure optimal unit assembly.
The terminal compartment can be separated from the actual electronics area by means of integrated grooves with separated plates.
In addition, extra protection is possible by using lead professional seals in the standard though holes.
As required, the enclosure can be mounted on the wall (with the terminal compartment upwards or downwards) by means of the integrated three-point wall professional fitting. Depending on the design, the enclosure are fitted with Pg rated break points (model RCP...(F)) or metric rated break points (model RCPM...(F)). With Alurail, BOPLA has developed a modular Din rail enclosure which is especially suitable for use in measurement, control and automatic control technology. Basic profiles, each in 8 standard lengths, are also available.
A spilt basic profile which facilitates PCB installation can also be supplied. In addition to the front panel, customerspecific industrial circuit boards can also be inserted into the basic profile as a front end elements. Individual design of the enclosure construction is made possible by the clipping on and screwing of different module types in various lengths onto the basic profile.
The anodised basic profiles and modules are equipped with integrated guide grooves for one or more circuit boards. If required by the customer, the basic and module profiles can be supplied in special lengths.
In addition to the professional fitting of the enclosure onto a mounting rail ( 35 mm ) acc. to DIN EN 60715 TH35 (prev. DIN EN 50022), the enclosure can also be fitted direct to the wall. The fitting element required for this purpose is available as part of the Alurail accessories programme. The LDG-S serie of enclosures are fully insulated enclosures according to the specifications of the machinery and the auto motive industries.
Designed for easy snap-on assembly onto DIN-rails by integrated snap-on clip. These enclosures facilitate economical device assembly with optimal utilization of space. For the termination of the conductors of the cable 2 enclosure versions are availible:
- pluggable terminals for easy servicing and exchange (commercial pin headers on the pcb.
- screw terminals for a fixed termination of the conductors. For effective heat dissipation the LDG-S enclosure features a base part with integrated ventilation slots. Closed versions (without ventilation slot) are availible upon request.
