HONGS BELT profiles and special profiles for conveyer belt In these cases, profiles of different heights and shapes depending on the type of product can be welded on the belt to prevent material from falling back and in maintaining conveying capacity even at very high angles of inclination.
HONGS BELT has designed and developed a range of profiles which meets normal inclined conveying requirements with a wide range of possible applications.
The choice of profiles, as well as the right spacing and positioning, is determined by a thorough analysis of the conveying problem.
Although it may be possible in some cases to calculate the theoretical conveyor capacity, we advise you to contact our Technical Department to obtain full assistance.
Our profiles and belt covers are made of the same high quality material, and are available in PVC, PU and Polyolefin.
Triangle, square, rectangular and tracking profiles can be fitted longitudinally on both belt surfaces. Notched tracking profiles allow for smaller drum diameters. Each profile has been designed to satisfy the possible working conditions. New profiles have been developed, in particular for running on small drum diameters in the food industry.

EUROBELT® SERIES E93, with a pitch of 30 mm, and due to its highly advanced design, enables all kind of turns whose minimum radius is 2.2 times the belt width. It can also be used in spiral transport applications.
The total length of the belt will be calculated always starting from the outer radius of its bent sections.

The alfabelt conveyor belts are tightened on frame. An excellent transverse rigidity is necessary to obtain :
- Concave and convex bends ;
- A support of the return strand on the lateral areas with no bending of the belt.
In the Longitudinal way, the flexibility of standard belts is preserved. In other words, tight belts on frame don't require larger drum diameter than the standard EP belt.
