This EDGS range with JGS conver is manufactured in grade S (as defined in ISO 340, NF EN 20340, DIN EN 20340 and EN 20340) as regard fireproofing, i.e. with inflammable cover and carcass. Thus, even when the cover is torn off, the belt remains fireproof and still meets the criteria of the standard.

Plastic Top Chain
Top plates and chain parts are made of engineering plastic and are connected using engineering plastic or stainless steel pins. Plastic top chains are used mainly in the food processing, beverage, dairy, and packaging industries.
RS Plastic Chain
The small pitch of RS plastic chain allows smaller diameter sprockets to be used, reducing the dead space between conveyors and ensuring smooth transfer of conveyed goods from one conveyor to another. BREDA SERIES
Green PVC or PU belts with a smooth surface, for applications that require a good resistance to mineral oils and greases, or to abrasion. All of them have rigid weft, and their bottom cover may consist of polyester or impregnated fabric, or an embossed PVC cover. Most of them are antistatic and resistant to cutting and those of PU are also apt for food conveyance. Their applications range is very wide.

Excellent fastener holding retention
Plylon belt constructions offer superior mechanical fastener holding. Heavy polyester/nylon cords positioned for maximum strength resist fastener pull-out even in abusive conditions.
Reduced stretch
The combination of fabric design and dip process provides less elastic and permanent elongation on all specifications. This minimizes take-up concerns and reduces the number of splices at break-in. High-strength crimped cords absorb impact
By straightening on impact, the crimped warp cords enable the fabric to absorb impact loads and resist tearing. Plylon belting maintains the integrity of mechanical or vulcanized splices under demanding conditions.

MAXOFLEX® – High-Incline Conveyor Belts with Corrugated Sidewalls and Cleats
The technically sophisticated Mayoflex conveyor belts can be used to transport all types of bulk material at inclines of up to 90°.
Maxoflex conveyor belts are available in varying types: oil-, grease and heat-resistant as well as flame-retardant and with textile or steel-cord tensile members.
Belts with corrugated sidewalls are offered in three categories: light (M), heavy (MWS) and extra heavy with fabric reinforcement (MWSF). Diversely shaped cleats are available: in straight, angulate and fabric-reinforced form as well as with separate base.
The distinguishing features of the basic Maxoflex belt are an extra-high degree of traverse stability combined with good longitudinal flexibility. The spacing of the cleats can be varied to suit individual application needs.
