Highly wear resistant system with sprockets

The BEUMER autover system is the answer to the challenge of modern airport baggage handling systems. It includes a simple static sensor- and driveless rail as well as a number of smart BEUMER autoca. Outstanding features of this system are the high availability and the minimal maintenance costs due to the contactless power supply and the permanent addressability of the BEUMER autoca. The baggage handling system carries out the function of conveying, accumulating and sorting of baggage with high reliability and speeds up to 10 m/s.

The conveyor Turbo Magnetic is specially designed for Multi-tasking machines producing fine chips of ferrous material. Areas of application
Transportation of short ferromagnetic, emulsion-afflicted shavings and small parts, e.g. stampings. Installation possible as individual conveyor or interlinked system.
Function
A continuous magnetic band conveyor, consisting of two chain strands which have been connected by means of carrying strips and permanent magnets, continuously conveys the material to be conveyed on the conveyor plate to the discharge station. Pre-cleaning of the cooling lubricant without additional cleaning elements. The magnetic band drive occurs via a three-phase geared motor. The magnetic band has been installed self-tight eningly.

The modularity of Tech-Trak® is described by the table below which groups all eight type modules into four key modular component groups as follows:

Pallets and Chains that are determined based on the part size and weight.
Straight Track and Stop modules which requires support frames and on an optional basis drip pans and track returns (depending on the application design). The track, support frames, and potentially drip pans and returns represent the Straight Track assembly components. Stops are self-contained modules.
