Special TS 2plus units
Apart from the different types of conveying media (polyamide belts, toothed belts, flat top chains and accumulation roller chains), the TS 2plus also provides an abundance of specific units including curves, transverse industrial conveyors, position and drive units. In addition to this, the time and effort spent on planning and designing can also be reduced to a minimum thanks to the predefined macro modules.
TS 2plus Heavy Duty
The new heavy-duty components of the Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system optimize transport of heavy workpieces on small surfaces. The systematic use of steel parts instead of synthetic ones in critical areas permits continuous loads up to 200 kg per meter. TS 2plus Lean

Handling device allowing the vertical transfer of loads between two levels. The loading of the totes in the device is synchronously made, when soft carriages take place. The unloading is made when those carriages wrap themselves up. The generated relative movement allows also the loads moving on a receipt conveyor. The loadings and unloadings can be made either on the same side (C version) or on two opposite sides (Z version). This device is also available in stainless steel version for clean environments like food industries.

| The electronic tilt tray sorter (Dematic S - T 100) represents the state of the art of the tilt tray. It provides high speed sortation for a wide product mix with high accuracy. It is a very robust sorter for heavy-duty use thanks to its transportation media (durable marine plywood trays) and the brushless driving unit installed in each carrier. This sorter can be used in an extreme environment and it is able to manage very heavy product up to 75 kg. |

Plate-type Elevators
This model complements our line of standard elevators. Its strong points are its flexibility, its low noise level and its gentleness on the finish of the parts.
The plates used in these elevators can be constructed from various materials depending on the parts which are being conveyed.
Parts sorting can be accomplished using a linear vibratory or a supplier of belt conveyor feed track. Misoriented parts which do not make it through sensitive equipment can be carried back to the sorter or put back in the professional hopper.
When the load volume is too high, the professional elevator is stopped by a control cell.

A Flexicon flexible screw conveyor, also known as a spiral conveying, screw conveyor, helix conveyor or centerless auger conveyor, consists of a spring steel or stainless steel, flexible screw that is enclosed in a flexible or rigid plastic tube, or a rigid steel tube, and driven by an electrical motor normally located at the discharge end of the conveyor. This simple design delivers efficient performance and high reliability while reducing maintenance and cost. When properly engineered according to the specific characteristics of the material being conveyed and the process into which it will be integrated, a flexible screw conveyor can outperform rigid screw conveyors, bucket lifts, drag chain conveyors, aero mechanical conveyors manufacturer and other equipment intended to transport powder and bulk solid materials.
