The SM.320.TA version with its conveyor belt, enables continuous work by loading the material to be processed and unloading the processed material from the worktop with no need for the operator to step in.
As the other machines in the FULLCUT range, the SM.320.TA can be equipped with up to six tools at the same time: laser, ultrasonic, a set of three wheel blade holders , a marker and a milling cutter. This makes it possible to switch from one material to another simply by selecting the tool to be used via the software. This makes the list of materials that can be cut on this type of machine endless.
A strong point of the machine is the possibility of customizing it according to customer’s needs. This versatility is ensured since both the machines and the software are manufactured and designed entirely by SMRE. This enables customised applications to be developed very rapidly for each customer.

Die cutter is designated for cutting out different patterns from hard foils, cardboard and paper. It can also be used for cutting out die stampings, from foils obtained in the vacuum forming process, by means of band punching dies placed on the plywood. It enables the so-called cardboard bending (making incisions) and perforation used in the production of foil and cardboard packing.
Two types of die cutter shafts are used: either two steel shafts or an upper shaft covered with a special material.
Using the first type of shafts, the material that is to be cut out and a separator made of a special plastic is placed on the punching die, which is a very impractical solution for large sizes of cut-out elements.
Using the second type of shafts punching die with a cut-out material is placed directly between die cutter shafts. This method increases the output of the machine. Die cutter shafts are driven by transmission belt, which enables noiseless and steady work.

If you cut textiles, flexible materials or composites to form part of your product you need guaranteed accuracy,optimized material usage and the ability to cut on demand. Your material might be heavy or wide, shapes to be cut
might be awkward or large and the traditional methods of manual cutting or press knife cutting force compromises between material use and speed. The PREMIUMCUT II cuts your components straight from the roll in whatever
quantity you require when you cut. The Premiumcut II is a high performance cutter that includes all the benefits for which assyst/bullmer is well known; excellent engineering and reliability coupled with the lowest possible running
costs. Models with a working width from 1600 mm up to 3200 mm in 200 mm steps are available as standard.
Standard length of the cutting window is 2000 mm on the conveyorised Premiumcut, special lengths on request (Static bed cutting up to 12000 mm also available). The continuous process of material flow (feeding, loading,
cutting, sorting) is supported by the integrated conveyor belt of the PREMIUMCUT II as well as by an optional automatic material feeding device. The control software is simple to operate and optimizes the capability of the cutter.
The standard equipment of the PREMIUMCUT II includes a base module cutting head which independently supports the most important inserts such as pneumatic high stroke tool, electric high vibration tool and electric rotary tool. The exchange can be executed very easily by hand without using any auxiliary tools. A Pen and Laserpointer are part of the base module-configuration. Depending on the application there are 7 additional module extensions available.

The ultrasound system consists ol a high-frequency generator that modifies the frequency of the mains power supply from 50 Hz to 20.000 Hz (cycles/second). The caWe from the generator is then connected to a transducer that converts the electrical signal at 20.000 Hz to a mechanical signal (oscillating vibration). At the tip of this signal is a titanium blade, designed with a resonance frequency that coincides with the vibration frequency from the transducer. This means that the titanium blade vibrates in a balanced manner and can cut the products smoothly, avoiding product adhesions and achieving a clean cut.
This system is usually part of a cutting table that positions the products for cutting (for example, cakes and mousses) and controls the generation of figures, which can be square, rectangular, rhomboid, triangular, etc.

Application:
Computer controlled system for straight and rectangular off-the-roll cutting of awning fabrics or sunshade textiles with thermoplastic coating.
Concept:
Fabric is pulled off the roll onto the table by a servo controlled pull-off carriage with simultaneous ultrasonic slitting to required width. Ultrasonic cross cut at required pull-off length. Data entry with touch screen and DDE (Direct Dimension Entry) on a displayed awning schematic or by optional computer network. Automatic calculation of fabric lengths and width according to dimensions of finished awning cover. Automatic positioning of longitudinal ultrasonic cutter. Automatic repeat of interrupted cutting cycles due to defective fabric. Modular design concept adaptable to customer requirements.
