SPRAY MATIC series Impregnation-Spraying Machine
(SPRAY MATIC 250/100, 300/300, 300/400, 300/600)
Spraying machine made for applying solvent or water based impregnating products, on square, rectangular, circular or shaped wooden profiles or beams.
The items are at first impregnated with the atomised product and then brushed to remove any excess primer. The result is uniform treatment and colouring of all the surfaces of the profile, without smears or stains.

Double squaring machine with the left head fixed and the right head movable with a handwheel. Length readout on mechanical gauge or digital display. The operating units, outward inclinable up to 45° and height-adjustable, come complete with scoring blades. A special pneumatic system moves the blades to the outside when the cut has been completed, thus preventing chipping the panel during the return stroke. To improve panel stability the machine can be supplied with a suction cup system or with 4 pneumatic clamps.
