MP SERIES
MP Series manual polishers are targeted for different types of users, who have various grindind and polishing requirements. From small labs where the number of samples is not significant or the samples have different size and shape, to labs where grinding/polishing is made using many abrasive papers and many clothes, or labs where a large number of metallographic samples is produced, but the manual processing is preferred as it is considered the best way in terms of quality.
MP Series Manual Polishers are available in different versions: single or double wheel, 200-230 or 250-300 mm diameter, fixed or variable speed.

The Dotco 12-18 Series random orbital and orbital
sanders have a low profile design for better sanding
control which improves finish quality. They are lightweight
with low vibration to reduce operator fatique and improve
production levels.
You can choose between models with either 3/16” (black
lever) or 3/32” (chrome lever) random orbital pattern to
best fit your application. All models are shipped with 3
interchangeable grips to comfortably fit any hand in your
plant. Vacuum models are extremely efficient and are

Grinding machine suitable to execute NOTCHES and GROOVES on tubes, bars, profiles having round, square, rectangular and irregular section.
Standard machine is supplied complete with following equipment: side tilting clamping device to execute notches with 15°- 30°- 45°- 60°- 90° angles and diameter from 20 to 150 mm.; working slot for horizontal grinding; fix rotation speed of the grinding belt.

The quality of a welded tube construction depend largely upon the right preparation. With the ZOPF pipe grinder this is realizable on an easy way. Our robust high-performance angle grinders, equipped with scrubber-wheels, can be used for the scrubbing, grinding and grading of cast-iron, steel, ridge-seams, non-ferrous metals of all type, as well as stones, i.e. in the steel- and container-construction, manufacturing, foundries, the plastix- and stone-processing, and in the reinforced concrete-construction, etc.
The smallest grinder model DBU 115... is an efficient handheld grinder, requiring only a single hand for an easy operation.
The build-in speed-regulator keeps the speed under load virtually constant, and furthermore reduces the air-consumption at idle speed.
The ON switch is integrated into the larger grinders and executed as lever-valves, already correspond to the future demands of the EN 792, because of the additionally integrated start-protection.
