The VAC-U-MAX Bulk Bag Unloader was specifically designed to provide an easy, clean and economical way to discharge the entire contents of bulk and semi-bulk bags, especially when the material is less than free-flowing.
Bags can be placed in the unloader by fork lift, hoist or crane from floor level. An integral hoist on a monorail can be furnished if desired. Standard arrangement includes a bag frame to which the suspension loops of the bag can be attached while the bag is resting on the floor. The bag frame is then raised and positioned so the hooks on the frame engage a counter-balanced suspension frame in the superstructure of the unloader. When lowered, the bottom of the bag rests on a sealing ring in the unloader bed and the tension on the bag loops keeps the bag upright. Optional pneumatically operated actuator petals massage the lower portion of the bag to promote material flow toward the center of the bag.

The HA automatic handle applicators can apply handles on shrink film packs, cardboard cases, bricks or any type of rigid packs.
Handles can also be applied on pack collations having an even number of products as leading side: 2X2, 4X2, 4X3, 6X2,...
In addition products can pass through the HA handle applicators without any handle being applied on them.

The CONTINUA is a completely automatic horizontal packaging machine, extremely compact and with an innovate sealing system (worldwide patented). The products, placed with insuitably adjustedside guides, are driven into a forming box by a couploe of pusher, while the central sealing is carried out by a heated wheel. The film wrapping the products runs on a loose conveyor belt driven by two pliers that, trought an alternate movement, seal and cut the film trasversally. Bags are then ejected throughan opening at the end of the machine.

The Univers model unifies in a totally automatic single line the different operations made in a conventional blister packing process:
- Package format.

Once the package film heated (rigid films up to 500 micron thick), the machine can use different forming systems depending on the needs of each product : positive forming, negative forming or mechanically-assisted forming.
A large loading area eases product feeding in some housings created by the machine in a continuous process.

Macofar Sterilizing Tunnel T 600
The Sterilizing Tunnel series is available in 4 different sizes. The sterilization is based on the laminar flow principle. Depending on your needs, different combinations of the infeed, sterilizing and cooling area are possible.
The integrity of the seal on the absolute filters is assured by ceramic fiber gaskets. The area around the frame is connected to the aspiration area of the respective fans, thus creating a depression zone between the up and down stream sterile areas.
