Ready-to-use centrifugal systems. The patented Vetamat® system separates the metal chips from the metalworking fluids.
Wet chips are shaken into the funnel and fed automatically into the centrifuge from there. The delivery includes the centrifuge with hydraulics, chip conveyor with tank, base pan and controller. The Vetamat® Plus system design also includes a chip crusher and a lift & tip device. Long chips are first filled into the lift & tip device by a chip transporter and then tipped into the chip crusher. The crushed chips fall into the funnel and land in the centrifuge.
Vetamat® systems achieve a throughput of 100 kg/h – 2,000 kg/h. Vetamat® systems are delivered ready to use.

VARISORT CME-P - Combined colour and metal separation system for plastics recycling applications (material fed by conveyor)
The VARISORT CME-P combined colour and metal separator is designed for use in the plastics recycling industry to remove metal (cans, foil-lined Tetrapaks etc) and off-colour contaminants (bottles, cups etc) from plastic bulk materials. The material to be inspected is spread out on a fast-moving conveyor so that the pieces are optimally individualised before they reach the inspection area of the multi-channel metal detector. If a contaminant is detected its exact location is determined. Electronics evaluate this position and ejection nozzles are activated with pinpoint accuracy and at precisely the right time to blow out the contaminant. The ejection nozzles are so precise that the metal and off-colour contaminants are removed with very little loss of good material and without any interruption to the material flow.

The Separator of Non-Iron Metals by Eddy Currents (R-SPM) is able to separate the Non-Iron metals from the rest of the materials due to its studied magnetic collection called the “Inductor Drum”, which rotates at high speed. When a Non-Iron Metal crosses the induced magnetic field, it undergoes an repulsion effect and jumps a certain distance ahead of the Foucault drum and away from the rest of the materials.

The conveyor Turbo Magnetic is specially designed for Multi-tasking machines producing fine chips of ferrous material. Function
A continuous magnetic band conveyor, consisting of two chain strands which have been connected by means of carrying strips and permanent magnets, continuously conveys the material to be conveyed on the conveyor plate to the discharge station. Magnetic drum TM model.
The magnetic drum TM substitutes the drive drum of the conveyor belt, separating ferric metals from any other inert , loose product. When it reaches the end of the belt, the material conveyed falls but the ferric metals are retainded by the drum, falling in a different direction to the purified material.

When material passes over the pulley, ferrous metal objects are attracted by the magnetic field and held tightly as the belt travels around the pulley are not released until they leave the influence of the magnet. Non-magnetic materials follow a normal trajectory. A divider plate can be installed to ensure that no remixing occurs.
