The process is based on the patented and well-proven MinoxTM process. The process has been in use for offshore applications since 1991 and has now been introduced to the conventional industry with low capacity units.
The MinoxTM process gives small, compact and economical systems, also for this application. The most common industrial application for the conventional industry is Deoxygenation of water in cooling circuits, district heat plants etc.

Rsler Process Water Recycling Systems can be connected to virtually any vibratory finishing machine. This increases the savings potential of vibratory finishing. Most vibratory finishing processes such as de-burring, precision grinding, rough grinding, radiussing or polishing are wet processes. Water and cleaning agents (compounds) are the carriers for resultant removal of media and metal fines.
The resultant process water is completely recycled via a closed-loop system . Water and compound savings contribute to significant cost reductions . The system technology is based on special centrifugal technology with an acceleration factor of up to 2000 g, coupled with environmentally-friendly chemistry developed in-house.
Rsler Process-Water Circulation Systems can be adapted to any vibratory finishing application. Semi- and fully-automatic centrifugal systems are available.
Rosler centrifuges are the most popular waste water treatment systems in the world.

Reverse osmosis is a water treatment technique that allows to produce large quantities of demin water in a constant and reliable manner.
How does reverse osmosis work?
A reverse osmosis installation produces pressure on an aqueous solution, which is in contact with a semipermeable membrane. This pressure is larger than and opposite to the osmotic pressure. Because of this pressure, water permeates through the membrane (cfr. diagram). The main part of the solutions substances are stopped by the semipermeable membrane.
Reverse osmosis is a physical process requiring no chemical products. Thanks to the modern membranes up to 99.6% of the dissolved substances is eliminated without regular interruptions for cleaning or maintenance.
The permeate contains almost no more dissolved substances. Without a reverse osmosis installation, these particles can lead to a production interruption (or in any case to a less efficient production).
A reverse osmosis appliance eliminates almost all:
* Mineral salts
* Heavy metals
* Bacteria, viruses and pyrogenic

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a process that uses pressure applied through a membrane barrier to remove dissolved solids from a liquid. The RO process uses cross-flow filtration as compared to depth filtration. The former has three streams while the latter two. In RO the feed flows tangentially over a membrane surface and separates into permeate and concentrate. The concentrate is normally wasted except when energy recovery is viable in which case the high pressure of the concentrate is used to reduce overall power consumption before disposal.
The PACT RO normally uses a thin film composite membrane wound in a spiral configuration. The standard PACT RO package is a skid-mounted unit that includes a cartridge filter; high pressure pump; membrane cleaning pump; membrane housings (pressure vessels); membrane elements; instrumentation for flow/pressure/temperature and conductivity; PLC-based control panel and; interconnecting piping, fittings, valves and electric wiring within the confines of the skid. As standard piping used on the high pressure side (feed and concentrate) is 316 stainless steel and on the low pressure side (product) is schedule 80 PVC. However, its client's option to request that all piping on the RO skid be 316 s/s or higher alloy steel.

Reverse osmosis (RO) is used to reduce dissolved solids from feed waters with salinities up to 45,000 ppm TDS (total dissolved solids). Municipalities and industrial facilities are able to use RO permeate as a consistently pure drinking water supply and to transform drinking water to high purity water for industrial use at microelectronics, food and beverage, power, and pharmaceutical facilities. The technology is also very effective at removing bacteria, pyrogens, and organic contaminants.
Reverse osmosis separation technology is used to remove dissolved impurities from water through the use of a semi-permeable membrane. RO involves the reversal of flow through a membrane from a high salinity, or concentrated, solution to the high purity, or "permeate", stream on the opposite side of the membrane. Pressure is used as the driving force for the separation. The applied pressure (P) must be in excess of the osmotic pressure of the dissolved contaminants to allow flow across the membrane.

BONO ARTES developed a innovative solution that matches gravity filtration with self-cleaning operation. The result is a very simple unit with high filtration efficiency and low installation costs that is particularly suitable for cooling water filtration where very large capacities are concerned.
Filtration of raw water is operated by gravity. The operating principle is the hydrostatic level of the water up to the sand layer. The unit is provided with three chambers: one contains the filtration media, one filtered water and another is used for the separation between the filling media and the clarified water storage. Filtered water here contained is used to backwash the filter when the pressure drop reaches the set-point value. Unlike pressure-operated filters requiring pumps and blowers, backwashing is done by gravity and no rotating machinery, spare parts and control equipment (automatic valves, flow-meter, regulating instruments, control panels etc.) are required . Moreover the filter is operated without any supervising personnel.
The benefits of such applications lay in the efficient filtration process, very low operating costs and the advantage of being able to treat large flows of water.

Description
AJ submerged aerators are an extremely flexible and versatile airing system for the treatment of waste-water and in every case air/water mixing is required . Elevated oxygen transfer values, low noise levels, increased reliability, low cost and rapidity of installation are just some of the advantages that our AJ submerged aerators offer.
Applications
These aerators are frequently used in waste water treatment plants, especially during homogenisation and equalisation, pre-airing stages, biological oxidation, oxidation-nitrfication, sludge stabilisation and post-airing stages.
AJ radial submerged aerators can be utilised for the flotation of greases, oils and solids, at the relevant stages of flotation. This clearly means that they can be utilised during neutralization stages or in airing with high levels of oxigen. Re-circulation of the mixed air and water in the tank is carried out by two different movements: the principal or primary movement (Mp) and the induced one.

In the majority of the applications of vibro-abrasion the recycling of the water of treatment is possible. Two advantages with recycling economy and respect of the environment!
To recycle the effluents of the machines of vibro-abrasion makes it possible to save not only water but also the additive. The costs of destruction of emitted muds are also reduced.
Two methods are used recycling by centrifugation or flocculation.
In the case of impossibility of recycling by centrifugation we propose a broad range of physicochemical station of water treatment: us to consult

The Graver Lamella design assures laminar flow conditions that result in hydraulic uniformity and high effluent quality. It permits great reduction in the space needed for clarification equipment, and allows the compact equipment to be located indoors if desired, or to be easily relocated at a later date. It also makes point-source treatment not only feasible, but logical for many applications.
A lamella is a piece of equipment that utilizes inclined plate clarification sedimentation to separate solids from the water and clarify the water. The lamella is composed of a series of removable parallel plates commonly referred to as "lamella plates".
