Most installations are sized according to maximum temperatures occurring only rarely during the year, this being exacerbated by the heat-wave phenomenon of recent years, implying over-sizing and therefore a larger footprint, higher sound levels and greater investment in terms of non-productive exchange surfaces.
Adiabatic air chillers provide a response to this type of climatic constraint:
in effect, this system retains the advantages of a dry air cooler, that is where the process circuit is closed, retaining the quality of process fluids without atmospheric pollution or the development of bacteria.
This process, exclusive to GEA, enables the air inflow to be charged with water and therefore its temperature lowered. Mains water is sprayed through nozzles suppliers mounted on booms, the position and angle of dispersion of which have been designed so as to charge the air with water efficiently and make maintenance easier.
Water consumption remains limited because spraying only operates at the hottest times of the year thanks to a system of regulation.
Since adiabatic air industrial coolers do not have a professional tank to collect the water and no professional water treatment is required, they comply with current legislation concerning protection against legionella bacteria and other proliferations.
This concept avoids the over-sizing of air coolers, and therefore reduces the dimensions of the exchanger, reduces the amount of power used by the professional fans, as well as the sound level of the installation. |

| Lytron's ES Series aluminum suppliers of oil coolers are engineered for high performance with poor heat transfer fluids such as oils and EGW. The extended surface flat tube design provides 2.5 times better performatnce than competitive units. The unique flat tube and header designs result in lower pressure drop so smaller, less expensive pumps can be used. Welded headers are pressure tested to 150 psi (10.3) bars and the fluxless, vacuum-brazed core provides strength and reliability. The Aluminum Oil Industrial coolers are available with or without a professional fan plate, and with finish options of aluminum or black paint. |

The FIRA radiators for endothermic motors are designed according to customer needs and are used on industrial tractors, self-propelled industrial cranes, forklift trucks, harvesting equipment and other. The finning can be made of copper with inserted or Mc Kord type high-efficiency profile. Both solutions are available in a wide range of configurations and dimensions, thus permitting optimal choice according to operating conditions (low clogging or high efficiency). COMMON FEATURES

25000 W, eight models for wall or door mounting and one for

GEA cooling towers operate on the principle of a counter-current flow. The water to be cooled enters by the upper part of the tower and is distributed by a network of tubes equipped with sprays over the whole exchange surface (flow surface or tubular exchanger). The water runs through the body of the exchanger and is collected in a collector at the base of the tower. The air forced by the professional fans travels in the opposite direction to the water in the exchanger, is filtered in the eliminator then escapes from the tower.

DIRECT CURRENT AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS MANUFACTURER:
This series of heat exchangers is particularly useful in cooling oleo-hydraulic plant on mobile machinery as it is fitted with direct current 12 or 24 V electric professional fans. The cooling element is in aluminium, a material of high thermal conductivity, which provides high thermal yield from relatively contained dimensions. The particular conformation of the radiant block is such that APL series heat exchangers are highly resistant to the stress produced by hammering which, however, at peak value, should not exceed the maximum dynamic pressure of 20 bar. The maximum permitted static pressure is 35 bar. |
