Hydrogen peroxide vapour is the safest and fastest sporicidal agent recommended for aseptic Portprocessing, biotechnology and life sciences applications. Because of the very rapid bio-decontamination cycle it is possible to utilise the very latest sporicidal gassing techniques recommended in EC GMPs for "just-in-time" transfer of materials, equipment and components and can be used for sterile processing. This eliminates the labour-intensive, hazardous, difficult to control and non-validatable process of manual alcohol spray and wipe disinfection.
Product, components or equipment are loaded into the PORT chamber. The chamber is automatically sealed and using the Clarus L hydrogen peroxide gas generator a high concentration of vapour is produced and distributed evenly throughout the load. Contact time for biological inactivation is very short. Hydrogen peroxide vapour is decomposed to oxygen and water vapour at the end of the cycle leaving no residues. On completion the load can be withdrawn on a sliding trolley into an aseptic processing workstation or processing area. The entire process takes as little as 15 minutes.
Operation of the PORT is simple and automatic. The PORT uses the industry standard Siemens PLC control system to communicate directly with the Clarus™ L hydrogen peroxide vapour generator. Additional modes of operation are available to decontaminate the connected workstation isolators and for cleaning and maintenance. The PORT can also be used as a traditional pass-through using manual disinfection techniques

Nuclear facilities use radioactive materials that can cause radioactive contamination spots in buildings and working areas. These contaminated spots must remain at the same location until they are identified and/or cleaned - not moved to other working areas or buildings, or worse, outside the nuclear site!
Contamination can be carried by workers on their clothes, tools and even on their bodies. Therefore, it is very important to check people before they leave an area or a building.

Pneumatic showers can be used as emergency decontamination positions as well as being used in combination with all universal tents. The showers are designed in size so that they can be quickly and easily installed into the tents. In doing this the functional radius is extended by a changing
area.
The showers can be supplied in the following versions:
Decontamination shower with external basin
This enables post-cleaning of boots and, at the same time, avoids any splashing of contaminated shower water on the ground. As an alternative, this decon shower is supplied with gloves integrated in the shower curtain.
Compact shower
Due to the low stand area of 160 x 160 cm/63 x 63 inch it is able to be used even in small spaces and is simultaneously an economical alternative. It is especially designed for the industrial sector.
