Safety storage cabinets serve several critical functions:
Safely contain hazardous chemicals to reduce the risk of fire, protecting both personnel and facilities
Identify, organize, and segregate dangerous liquids
Offer compliance with federal OSHA regulations and state and local fire codes
Improve efficiency by allowing solvent to be stored near the points of use
Improve security with keyed locking mechanism

|
3 types of walls
Series I for products flammable, toxic, harmful, malodorous, dangerous for the environment
Series C for the corrosive, acid substances and bases
Doubling in PEHD for the very corrosive products
Great choice of options

Electrogalvanized steel sheet construction, thickness 1/1, 5/2 mm, cold bended with outside monolithic structures painted by antiacid
epoxy paints and passage through drying tunnel at 200°C.
Special silica calcium insulation (DIN 4102) CLASS “0” REI 120 which spreads water molecules with the aim of lowering the inside temperature in case
of fire.
High temperature (800°C) resistant mineral wool panels (without fibreceramics) fixed by ceramic glue.
A - Interior panels with anti-scratch finishing, made of laminates with high resistance to aggressive vapors.
B - Automatic door closing at every opening with automatic locking. Safety locking with key.
C - Certified automatic locking system (70/1000°C) of inlet and outlet air pipings, maintenance free, put on top of the cabinet (back on the UB models).
D - No sparkling natural iron hinge with brass pin allowing doors long life.
E - Thermoexpanding gasket DIN 4102.
F - Spill sump with draining grid to be used as shelf. Load capacity 50/80/100 kg.
G - “Ground” TERMINAL to avoid electrostatic charges.

CONFORMITY
"Flammable" compartment tested and approved according to EN 14470-1 (04/2004) norm. Large warning labels in compliance with ISO 3864, 92/58/CEE European directive, EN 14470-1 (04/2004), and NF X08.003 norm.
ADVANTAGES
Allows segregated storage per product famillies.
Fire resistance tested and approved by an independent European laboratory. "Corrosive" compartments built in Cellular PVC, offering high chemical corrosion resistance.
SPECIFICATIONS
Storage in 4 separate compartments with ventilation (Ø100) centralized on the cabinet roof (for possible connection).
"FLAMMABLE" COMPARTMENT EN 14770-1:
Double wall construction: outer housing made of sheet steel; inner body made of H.P.L (High pressure laminated) coated sheet. Thermal insulation panel between the walls avoiding thermal bridges.
White epoxy paint RAL 9010. "Flammable" and "No open flame" large warning labels. Static ground connection.
Opening vents with outlet Ø 100 mm for possible external connexion.
In case of fire a thermo-fuse automatically seals off the ventilation system.
Thermo-expanding seals off the door allow keeping the internal body fireproof. Self-locking door with cylinder lock.
Key-locking system. Possibility to keep the door open. If the temperature rises to 50°C, a fuse link closes the door automatically. 3 adjustable retention shelves. Removable retention tank on the bottom.
