The dry-type (oil-free) OFP series is designed mainly for medical and dental use. This is possible since the compressor group is not lubricated and, on top of that, the generated compressed air is cooled and subsequently dried, in order to eliminate all condensate residue that is produced during the compression process; the air vessel inside surface is treated to avoid any possible contamination
Thanks to the oil free pump the compressor produce high-quality compressed air, without presence of oil residual. With the cooler and dryer version, the air becomes perfectly dry, and therefore eliminates problems with eventual condense.

DYNAMIC series
Power class: 65-370 kWOil-free compressed air at the best possible cost-benefit ratio! The DYNAMIC series offers an oil-free, two-stage turbocompressor series in the power output range of 65 to 370 kW with volumetric flow rates of between 9.7 and 65.5 m³/min and 9-bar final compressing pressure.
The DYNAMIC series is particularly suitable for applications in the medium to large industry sector, for example petrochemicals, refineries, the steel and automotive industries. In other words, wherever an even and extemely reliable compressed air supply is required; and particularly economical to boot!

Pipeline Compressor
To compensate for the pressure loss that occurs when natural gas is transported long distances in pipelines, pipeline compressors are used to recompress the gas to its original line pressure. In extensively branched pipeline networks in particular, there is a need to vary the amounts of gas transported and the pressure conditions considerably at the compressor stations. This in turn makes high demands on the flexibility of the compressors, which should exhibit a high level of efficiency over a wide range of performance characteristics.
Pipeline compressors are also used in gas collection and gas processing plants as export compressors. The majority of compressors at the stations are driven by gas turbines. However, electric drive motors are being used increasingly as an alternative to turbines.
For these applications, MAN Turbo offers Types RV and Types RM pipeline compressors fully assembled on the base frame.

This compressor incorporates simple, dependable, rotating sliding-vane technology to provide sustained performance pressures or vacuums for off-loading liquids. A rotary vane compressor takes in atmospheric air through a high performance inlet air filter, and discharges the compressed air at a higher pressure into a cargo tank. The oilless booster compressors from HAUG Kompressoren AG compress technical gases such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, natural gas with suction pressures between 1 – 10 bar(g) up to maximum discharge pressures of 30 bar (oxygen) and 60 – 100 bar (other gases) depending on the type of gas and customer’s requests. The R Booster Compressor is an electric powered reciprocating booster compressor.
The R55 Booster Compressor delivers 20.3 cu. Meters (700 scfm) of air at 350 psi (24 bar) discharge pressure with mine air pressure at intake of 90 psi (6 bar).
The R110 Booster Compressor delivers 40.6 cu. Meters (1400 scfm) of air at 350 psi (24 bar) discharge pressure with mine air pressure at intake of 90 psi (6 bar).

All four models - 375B, 705B, 1125B and 1500B have revolutionized mining efficiency. They can increase penetration of in-hole drilling by 100% or more, and are capable of boosting present mine air pressure up to 350 P.S.I.G., for straighter drill holes, maximum bit life and faster drilling.
Continuous Air Systems boosters offer the latest computer controlled instrumentation, with easy to read gauges and lights for diagnosis of mechanical shut down problems. The 1125B and 1500B feature manual bypass switches which allow operation of any selection of compressors on the unit. This permits continued operation at reduced capacity if any compressors are shut down for maintenance. All boosters are designed to meet your high productivity requirements and come with a two year compressor warranty.
All CAS air boosters have gone through extensive on-site testing. Any necessary modifications were made when the "B" Series of CAS air boosters was released. Recently, Continuous Air Systems amalgamated all divisions of its company into one location, so that everything from production and design to inventory and sales is under one roof.
