The SF scroll series relies on a radically new technology, ensuring economy in operation, extremely quiet running, minimum servicing and space saving, thanks to its simplicity and compact design. It is equipped with a highly efficient IP55 class F electric motor.
These compressors have a minimum of maintenance requirements, 10,000 running hours practically without maintenance while intermediate routine operations remain restricted and easy to perform.
The TPS..F turbocharger is a compact turbocharger for small medium-speed diesel engines, large high-speed diesel engines and gas engines in the 500 kW to 3,300 kW power range. Three series offer full-load pressure ratios of up to 4.75, 5.0 and 5.2.

The product is based on a high speed motor with integrated turbo compressor with a frequency converter and magnetic bearings. Mainly ABS high speed turbocompressors
are used in the wastewater treatment plants and in industrial low pressure processes.
The frequency converter is Vacon NX type. The customer can access monitoring values and parameters via door panel. The unit can also be remote operated and monitored via analog or digital signals. At this moment customer can choose Modbus or Profibus as an option.
The customer can access magnetic bearing controller (MBC) alarms, faults and some measurements via door panel. Wide-ranging MBC monitoring information is available via user interface program or modem connection. MBC-12 magnetic bearing controller is designed with improved electronics and safety features.
The product has a new type of filter cartridges for easy replacement and longer lifetime.
Piping connections for the process air have remained unchanged so that the new generation can easily be installed into plants that already have earlier generation units.
