Smart Pressure range utilise an alternative pressure to the most common 6-7Bar compressors and hand held tools. Engine size has also been reduced from the common 20-30hp diesel engine to a 6.5hp petrol engine. Footprint size has been drastically reduced, so much so that it will now easily fit into a small van or hatchback car. Fuel economy is greatly
enhanced, thereby reducing the daily running costs.
The Smart Pressure range of tools includes a 22kg Paving Breaker, 10kg Demolition Tool, and now a 5kg chipping hammer. All produce power, and production performance equivalent to the same sized standard pressure tools. In addition, and to help protect the operator, Vibration is significantly reduced. Screw compressors produce the required air delivery, which is stored in a compressed air receiver. This compressed air is then compressed to the required 40 bar operating pressure by booster compressors and is then stored in a high-pressure receiver.
Except for the screw compressor fitted upstream, the complete FLEXPET system with booster(s), switch cabinet, adsorption dryer, receivers and high-pressure filters is fitted firmly onto the base-frame and comes completely wired and piped.

The Hydratron range of Air Operated Gas Booster Pumps are designed to boost bottled gases such as air, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen or methane upto higher pressures. They can be used for pressure testing or for pre-charging accumulators and down hole tools. Being air operated they are inherently safe and can be used in fire hazardous areas.
The output pressure and flow generated by these versatile pumps can be infinitely varied by simply adjusting the air drive pressure and flow rate.

The model HIHPG3-20147 Package is a two-stage unit that
can boost 100 PSI Shop Air up to 4500 PSI and also be

to Chemically Dry the air to -50f dewpoint or better before

C-KLR ZEPHYR

With the innovative, dry-running C-KLR ZEPHYR multi-claw range from Elmo Rietschle, pressure and vacuum can be combined in a single claw stage. All operation points on pressure and suction side work almost independently from each other. The C-KLR ZEPHYR operates economically and highly efficiently thanks to the patented triplelobe design with intermediate charging of air. This new design reduces pulsation in the pipes connected to the pump, and keeps the noise level low. An integrated cooling system for compressed air allows operation in applications, where compressed air
