EE35 Series
Dew Point Measurements down to -60°C Td (-76°F Td)
Exact dewpoint monitoring is increasingly playing a more important role in many industrial applications, such as drying processes and air pressure pipelines. For these purposes the multifunctional EE35 transmitter series offers the ideal features.
The EE35 Series is based on a functional, user-friendly housing concept and on the proven
polymer humidity sensors of the HC Series.
A specially developed autocalibration process enables measurements in a measurement range
of -60...+60 degC Td with a Td measurement accuracy of ±2 degC.
Two freely configurable and scaleable analogue outputs are available for the two measurement values (Td, T).
An optional hygrostat output, which can be set by means of a potentiometer, provides an alarm signal in a simple way when a threshold of the permitted dewpoint is exceeded.
An optional display for the measure- ment values and the associated MIN/MAX values allows a quick overview of the current situation.
Measuring range: -60...60 degC Td (-76...+140°F Td) ; 0...60 degC T (32...140°F T)
Outputs: 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA
Accuracy: +/- 2 degC Td; +/-0.2 degC T
Supply: 24V AC/DC

The Vaisala HMT360 Series for Moisture in Natural Gas incorporates Vaisala's proven HUMICAP® sensor technology.
With three probe designs to choose from, the HMT360 Series is flexible enough to suit your installation requirements. Compatible with most existing sampling systems, it is easy to replace old or malfunctioning devices. Designed for high pressure systems, these probes can be installed directly into pipelines, eliminating the need for complex and expensive sample systems. With its ball valve set, the probe can be inserted and removed in low pressure systems. The transmitter is easily configured, and delivered with a one week lead time.
The HUMICAP® sensors are not damaged by glycol, and can tolerate saturated conditions and contact with water without causing measurement drift. The sensors dry down rapidly after exposure to water in the process or ambient conditions. The HMT360 Series is rated intrinsically safe for Class I Division I environments.
The stable HMT360 Series has a one year recommended calibration interval, thus saving maintenance costs and measurement downtime. Probes can be changed in the field in just a couple of minutes!

| The rugged Thermo Scientific MOLA is a state-of-the-art moisture on-line analyzer which uses patented neutron backscatter pulse mode ion chamber technology to non-intrusively measure the concentration of hydrogenous material in a process vessel. In iron and steel making, the MOLA is used to improve the operation of the blast furnace by accurately measuring the moisture content in metallurgical grade coke and/or iron ore pellets. The ion chamber in the MOLA acts as a hydrogen molecule detector and, based on the amount of hydrogen present, can determine the moisture in coke. Pulse mode technology allows for excellent stability and repeatability over a very wide temperature range without the need for high voltages or temperature stabilization of the circuitry. It has proven to help steel mills more effectively manage variability in coke size, harsh environmental conditions at the point of measurement and high coke volume. The MOLA is easy to install with no component exceeding 45 pounds. It also features a streamlined design that allows for rapid diagnostics and servicing of the unit. |

| WaSul-Hygro is a fully automatically operated, laser based water vapor monitoring system. It has a very wide measurement range (from 0.3 ppm. up to 25000 ppm.) and its response time is about a few seconds. It can measure water vapor in up to 3 independent gas streams. WaSul-Hygro can be operated under harsh conditions. Measured water vapor concentration can be stored in the system’s internal memory for a measurement period of about two months, or can be transferred to a PC or to a data logger through RS232/RS485, Modbus, or 4-20 mA. It can be supplemented with an additional laser for measuring other gas components (methane, ethane, oxygen, ammonia etc) as well. One WaSul-Hygro system is operated on-board of a passenger aircraft within the CARIBIC project (www.caribic-atmospheric.com ) since May 2005, and successfully completed more than 30 flight campaign. Other WaSul systems are operated e.g. in natural gas plants. The expected trouble free operational lifetime of a WaSul-Hygro system exceeds ten years. Each WaSul-Hygro system is delivered with a certificate of calibration, which is issued by an accredited calibration laboratory. |

Package D-2C consists of the mini-Ligno DXC, the Electrode E12 ,
1 pair each of pins DZ and DA, the BNC-mini Cable and the Case M.
The DX/C is one of our most popular meters with the following features:
-- a unique shape that fits comfortably in your hand when measuring
-- a measuring range low enough to check hardwood floors (5%*)
-- a measuring range high enough to evaluate wet lumber (65*)
-- a bright, digital display readable even in dark crawl spaces
-- resolution of 0.1% below the critical range of 10%
-- 20 settings for wood species corrections including a chart for domestic and tropical wood species
-- a reference scale 0-99 for non-wood building materials such as drywall, plaster and other "soft" building materials. For instance, to pinpoint problems around windows or showers, in leaky ceilings, after water lines broke or buildings were flooded.
-- connection for external cables and electrodes - to evaluate concrete or
reach hidden areas for moisture testing, even behind 7" of insulation. |
|
All Ligno-Scanners are calibrated to give true wood moisture readings in percent and have built-in corrections for different species.
With a pinless meter you can quickly scan a large number of boards, detect higher moisture levels and water pockets. Pinless meters are essential when checking finished products such as cabinet doors, table tops and ready-to-sell furniture, where pins would leave visible marks. Ideal for building inspectors to assess moisture conditions and water damage in buildings, especially since Scanners can also be used for non-wood building materials such as drywall, concrete, tile, etc. |

Easidew Portable Hygrometer has been designed to make in-field checks of the dew point in air and gases as simple and quick as possible. This totally self-contained instrument, weighing only 4 kg, is delivered ready to use. Simply connect your sample gas to the Quick Connect fittings, turn on the instrument and it will instantly trend the dew point of the applied sample.
The key to Easidew's performance is its sensor technology. Michell%u2019s Advanced Ceramic Moisture Sensor is coupled with C2TX microprocessor based measurement circuitry to produce a fully calibrated and interchangeable sensor transmitter module.
An in-built sampling system allows you to easily measure the dew point of any air or gas line, clean or dirty, at up to 20 bar pressure. A fixed orifice port arrangement allows you to select, simply by reversing inlet and outlet ports, whether to measure at atmospheric or line pressure. The integrated filter housing, accepting standard fibre filter cartridges, gives 99.999% protection against particles to 0.1 micron and to liquid carryover. All this comes as standard.
