EKLIPS, this fast, efficient and accurate filler/capper monoblock can use magnetic flow meters to easily manage up to 300 bottles per minute*. Part of the speed comes from having up to 14 millimeters diameter in product flow capacity. The rest of the speed results from simple electro-mechanical principles very smartly applied in the design. Large runs are quickly finished and changeovers simplified.
The Eklips clean-in-place (CIP) capability provides two-way pressurized flow (alternating current then counter-current) to sterilize itself for aseptic processes. It readily accepts steam-in-place (SIP) as well. CIP or SIP can be run automatically while the mechanical changeover takes place.
Available capping systems include pneumatic clutches, magnetic slip clutches, the hinge-orienting Intellichuck, and servo-torque monitoring. The Eklips is available in various filler, plugger and capper configurations.

CORROSION PROOF MODEL - (Super Duplex) :
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FILL ENVIRONMENT - ANTI-CORROSION DESIGN:
The machine is completely closed and the fumes developed during fill are sucked out and channeled and disposed of in accordance with the laws in force at the customer location. Moreover, the machine is furnished with a pure air feeding system that distributes clean air to all the parts that cannot be manufactured out of non-corrosive materials, for example the drive components.
It is up to the customer to furnish appropriate required tubing for both the removal and disposal of the sucked out fumes, and the input of clean air to the pure air feeding system.
CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS :
The materials. Plastic materials are used such as PVC CAW or special metal alloys such as TITANIUM, HASTELLOY, or SUPER DUPLEX; or special chemical surface treatments with high quality products such as HALAR. The selection of the materials used is made based on the products to be handled and their agressiveness.
The Base. The base is constructed of carbon steel treated with a thick layer of epoxy paint. The flat top surface is provided with a TITANIUM drain pan for any spillage or drainage of the washing liquids. All the lateral surfaces, such as the safety doors, are made out of PVC CAW or in Super DUPLEX based on the products to be handled.

FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE MODEL MB 2000
This is a BALCONY design system, easy to clean and ideal for operation under HEPA filters.
The main drive is separated from the filling and capping areas.
The product is always within easy viewing range of a operator.
It has been designed for quick changeover and high flexibility to handle many different containers and closure types.
It can be equipped with our Electronic Filling Volume Adjustment (EFVA) system, operator can change fill volumes, without needs of tools or stopping the machine or opening the door of safety guards. Adjustment is very simple using two push buttons situated on the control panel.

The filling system with flowmeters is recommended with the following liquid products:

The Guja E basic configuration is provided with the with the following modules:

- “Non-drip” and “anti-foaming” nozzles connected to the related pumps. The provided nozzles are suitable to the product to be filled. The nozzles are entirely manufactured in stainless steel AISI316, and they can be easily disassembled to facilitate the sterilization operation. The pipes connecting the filling heads to the related pumps are manufactured in a material suitable to convey the product to be filled.
- Electrical height adjustment through hand wheel to easily adjust the nozzles to different bottle sizes
- Product hopper with different capacities according to the request. It can be connected to the customer’s storage tank.
- Control panel with touch screen for the intuitive setting of machine functions.

High Speed Filler
The Eurostar HS is a mechanical counter-pressure level filler suitable for carbonated and still products in PET or glass bottles. Designed to reach high speeds, it can be configured in different versions according the type of application.

Volumetric
This system is equipped with a set of dosing pistons that take the product from the filling tank, positioned in the centre of the filler; the liquid is then volumetrically measured and is positively displaced into the container.
This is a highly effective and accurate system that can be either operated by pneumatic or mechanical actions.

Bardi fillers for still water in large containers fulfills the following requirements:
- The filling process avoids the contact between the valve and the neck of the bottle (risk of contamination transfer).
- The filling process is electronically controlled to ensure into the bottle the predetermined volume of water.
- The filling valve and all the piping, valves etc. in contact with the product have a sanitary design and are made of aisi 316 S.S.
- All parts in contact with the product are prearranged for 3 or 5 steps CIP (cleaning in place) sterilization treatment.
- The filling cabinet is equipped with overpressure air flow. A minimum class 1000 air filtration is guaranteed, so as to protect the filling environment from the external ambient contamination.
- The washer and filler is "in block" in order to avoid the potential contamination of the clean bottles travelling from the washer outlet to the filling area.

Fogg Rinsers have simple construction which makes them very reliable. Every part of the machine is designed for quick and easy maintenance. The Rinser itself is constructed of stainless steel, and product contact is available in 316L stainless steel, which gives it a very high chemical resistance.
When bottles enter the single effect rinser they are externally sprayed and lifted onto a carousel to be internally sprayed with one rinsing agent.
