Dust-free loading, untying, retying and removal of bulk bags
Unload free- and non-free-flowing solids from bulk bags automatically with Flexicon Bulk Bag Unloaders. Untie full bags, retie partially empty bags and collapse empty bags -- all dust-free.
BFF Series dischargers include a bag lifting frame for forklift loading and unloading of bulk bags (FIBCs).
BFC Series dischargers have a cantilevered I-beam, electric hoist and trolley for loading and unloading of bulk bags without the use of a forklift.
Other bulk bag unloader configurations include split frames for forklift loading of bags in low headroom areas, half frames for suspending bags during discharge using a forklift, hoistable frames for lifting the entire bulk bag discharger using an overhead crane, continuous loss-of-weight dischargers for uninterrupted feeding directly from bulk bags, and other designs for specialized requirements.
Optional Bulk Bag Conditioners loosen material that has solidified during storage and shipment. Variable height turntable allows hydraulic rams with contoured end plates to loosen contents for discharge through bag spouts.

VORTEX® IRIS VALVE
The patented Vortex® Iris Valve is designed specifically to handle dry bulk solids in gravity discharge of free-flowing material from bins, bulk bags, chutes, and hoppers.
Traditional iris valves rely on plastic components to actuate the valve that can easily break during use. The Vortex® Iris Valve is designed with stainless steel control rings and metal trigger locks and handles to eliminate these problems, enabling you to meet your objectives by increasing production, while decreasing labor and equipment costs.
