The series TUD express block is particularly pointed out to much thin pipes, to coo elettropulished pipes or in all those cases where the intern surface doesn't have to suffer mechanical or dimensional stress.
This macines operate on pipes of internal diameter among 4 and 168 mm. The system of patenteded rapid block allows an elevated productivity.

The machines of the series TU or BM operate with the block through a mandrel that is inserted in the pipeline. The tool post disk is able ascend from a minimum of two till four turrets allowing a progressive and continuous workmanship. The interval of diameters that is able to be worked goes from a minimum of 18 mm to a maximum of 600 mm, for the standard versions.
