The Swordbrush effectively cleans the surfaces of metal, plastic, glass, paper, foils etc.
The lower brush belt shown above (blue) absorbs particles from the surface and transports them to the suction socket. At the suction area, you will find a rotating rack as well as compressed air-driven nozzles that effectively clean the brush belt. Afterwards, a sprayer micro-moistens the brush.
Brush life normally is at just over 5000 operating hours.
The Ingromat micro-moistening systems will result in extremely clean surfaces. The surface itself will remain dry and can be further processed right away (e.g. lacquering, printing or converting processes).
Static charges are neutralized. The brushes are available in an extremely soft or in harder versions.

Sediment Screens, made of 26-gauge premium coated steel, rest at the bottom of the tank to catch grime as it settles and allows for easy cleaning during solvent change.

HIGH PRESSURE WATER/STEAM JET CLEANERS
These water/steam jet washers are built with state-of-the-art technology using triple plunger ceramic coated pumps for long, continuous working without any problems. Ceramic coated plunger based pumps have a long life too.
The machines have several built-in safety and performance features, like relief valve, by-pass valve, auto-shut-off, temperature controller, auto-fuel shut-off, etc. Available in a wire range of models - small for home and commercial use, larger models for industrial use, models with on-board water tanks, diesel/kerosine engine run models, steam jet models with on-board boiler, etc.

The UES tank systems are offered in a modular construction with flexible tank volumes from 4 kg - 105 kg and selectable hose connections from 2 to 16.
The electronic control with LED display, 4-line display or large-surface touch screen with multi-lingual display, enables simple operation of the hot glue system.
A wide range of options are available for optimum integration - from the removable display through to the additional pump. Integrated signal and control contacts enable communication with the central production control.
The tank systems are connection-compatible with Nordson® or other systems.

The Goodway Vapor-Steam Cleaner kills germs on contact. It heats tap water in its boiler to 330F (166C), producing a dry vapor-steam with an adjustable pressure of 0-90 PSI (0-6.2 BAR) and an output temperature of 290F (143C).
How it works. When vapor-steam touches a cold surface it expands, explosively loosening dirt, grease and grime. Its high heat instantly kills bacteria, fungus, mold, mildew and other micro organisms without the use of harsh chemicals. The adjustable pressure allows the operator to release sufficient vapor-steam to thoroughly clean any surface without reduced visibility. The unit comes with a chemical-injection system for additional cleaning power. Specially designed cleaning tools and accessories allow the cleaning of not only flat surfaces, but also of cracks and crevices where dirt and micro organism contamination would be difficult or even impossible to remove by any other method.

Modern plastic producers spend ever-increasing amounts of money on more and more complicated tooling which still has to be cleaned to maintain product quality. Techne approached this problem some years ago and now have a range of equipment designed to remove unwanted material from production hardware without damage to the part(s) being cleaned. The Fluidised Bath is a thermal process that degrades plastic residues to carbon and comes away from the bath as CO2. This fast cleaning process enable costly machinery to be put back into production with the minimum delay. Baths operate from a factory air supply or if required inert gases such as nitrogen, full range of fume treatment apparatus is available.

ROTARY BLOWING AND FEEDING TABLE SA1200
The standard ROTARY BLOWING TABLE SA1200 is provided with:
- Stainless steel feeding plate for placing of bottles.
- Stainless steel rotary plate that transfers the bottles to a vertical star wheel for cleaning operations. It includes a stainless steel plate on which the operators loads the bottles.
- Star wheel with horizontal axe that handles the bottles during the cleaning operation. During the wheel rotation a set of special nozzles blow filtered compressed air in the bottles.
- Automatic discharge of the bottles.
- Safety guards with interlock micro-switches at doors.
- Strong and solid stainless steel machine frame, adjustable in height and provided of feet with pads and caster wheels.

The Mistral Series of blowing tables are suitable for the dry cleaning of bottles and containers that do not need cleaning with water or detergents but rather the removal of solid granular or dusty solids by a sterile air jet.
The Series includes machines from medium to high speed capacity, up to 340 pcs/min.
The MISTRAL X12 blowing table is designed for the dry cleaning of sample tubes and at the same time it performs the function of feeding the containers to downstream machines or to a complete processing line.
Output up to 120 pcs/min.
MISTRAL Y16/Y20 models feature a particular blowing cycle due to the possibility of placing the containers upside down with the mouth fit on the suction bushings.
During the continuous turret rotation, blowing needles are inserted into the overturned containers, while the suction bushings, coaxial with the needles, close off the mouth and allow the immediate withdrawal of air and impurities.
The blowing action is intermittent, in order to obtain a more thorough cleaning.
MISTRAL Y16 can reach an output of up to 250 pcs/min while MISTRAL Y20 reaches a speed of 417 pcs/min.

Overview
The PJ-1400 Drain Cleaner is ideal for use in sink, shower, laundry tub and floor drains, and processing lines. This powerful unit comes equipped with three nozzles (one blind thrust, one penetrating and one cornering) to remove grease, hair, sand, food, soap buildup and other debris in pipes 1"-4" (38-102mm) I.D. The unit features a 1 HP (1.1 kW) thermal protected motor and a triplex pump to deliver 1,400 PSI of cleaning force at 1.7 GPM (97 BAR of cleaning force at 6.4 LPM). Static electricity is generated when paper and plastic webs, or sheets, are being processed. The dust particles adhere electrostatically to the surface. Quality deteriorates due to this type of contamination, particularly when the products have to be printed. Neutro-Vac systems have been designed to neutralise static charges and, at the same time, to remove particles as small as 25 microns, even at higher velocities! Each Neutro-Vac system is designed to meet specific production requirements. A variety of vacuum hood configurations and dustcollectors are available to ensure maximum cleaning and static neutralisation. For all web widths there are vacuum hoods for non-contact cleaning or brush cleaning.

The Meech Series 1000 Web Cleaning System, an effective solution to material contamination. The Series 1000 Web Cleaning System is the Meech response to the problems listed above. It has been developed as a result of our experience gained though our world-wide application of electrostatic and dust control systems. The Series 1000 System comprises two main elements, the cleaning head and the dust collection system.
The cleaning head offers exceptional cleaning performance. It combines static eliminators, brushes and high power vacuum dust collection.
Static Elimination - Electrostatic charges on the dirt particles and web form a bond making the particles difficult to remove. Meech Model 914 static eliminator bars break the bond between the particles and the web.
Brushing - The boundary layer, associated with a moving web, isolates small particles on the surface from external air flows. The brushes on the series 1000 destroy this boundary layer, thereby allowing the removal of even the smallest particles.
Vacuum - The series 1000 utilises a specially designed vacuum control plate. This givescomplete coverage of the material surface, removing contaminants to a very high degree of efficiency.
The cleaning head is constructed from extruded aluminium and is available in two forms. Both give high levels of rigidity, allowing the series 1000 to span wide webs without immediate support. The "T" section version is suitable for most applications requiring only 120mm of web path for installation.
The "I" section version, with a side mounted vacuum spigot, is available where installation headroom is at a premium.
