Alphasense Carbon Monoxide sensors operate using well-known fuel cell technology. The CO-BF contains a chemical filter to remove cross-interferants such as SOx, NOx and H2S. The Alphasense CO-B series offers our leak-free guarantee and good, reliable detection performance. The leakproof housing is moulded in colour coded plastic for ease of identification.
Our unique ATAV test and validation system enables us to perform customised testing to customer requirements, eg we can test 100% of all our CO-BF sensors for hydrogen response. A record of each sensor's performance is stored in our database, accessible via the sensor barcode. This can provide hard copy evidence if required and serve as a powerful diagnostic tool.

Figaro's carbon monoxide sensor TGS5042 is a battery operable electrochemical sensor which offers several advantages over traditional electrochemical sensors: its electrolyte is environmentally friendly, it poses no risk of electrolyte leakage, it does not consume active materials or its electrodes during operation, and it has lower sensitivity to interference gases. With long life, good long term stability, and high accuracy, this sensor is an ideal choice for CO detectors with digital display. OEM customers will find individual sensor data printed in bar code form on each sensor, allowing individual sensor tracking and enabling users to skip costly gas calibration. Utilizes a standard AA battery-sized package.
Features:
* Battery operable
* High repeatability/ selectivity to carbon monoxide
* Reduced influence by various interference gases
* Long life
* UL recognized component
* simple calibration
* no sensor aging necessary
* meets UL2034 and EN50291
* meets RoHS requirements
Applications:
* Residential and commercial CO detectors
* CO monitors for industrial applications
* Ventilation control for indoor parking garages and attic
* Recreational vehicle CO detectors
* Marine boat CO detectors
* Fire detection

TGS 3870 is Figaro's new metal oxide semiconductor gas sensor for the detection of both methane and carbon monoxide. Using a micro-bead gas sensing structure, both methane and carbon monoxide can be detected with a single sensor element by periodic application of two different heater voltages (high and low). Miniaturization of the gas sensing bead results in a heater power consumption of only 38mW (average).
TGS 3870 has low sensitivity to alcohol vapors (a typical interference gas in the residential environment) and has high durability, making the sensor ideal for consumer market gas alarms.

CH - Horizontal Compliance Device
Range horizontal compliance including five models. The CH series allow to compensate horizontal misalignment.
Stroke range from 6 to 24mm
Options : spring safety (RA ou RL), probe (T), interface (I), Viton seals (V)
KA - Lateral Compliance Device
The KA series of lateral alignment devices compensates for part misalignment (X/Y) during assembly where part positioning may be less than precise. The locking cylinder centers the tool plate and secures the unit during rapid movement.
Compensates for misalignment between parts at assembly
Stiff in all directions when locked, fully compliant when unit is unlocked
X-Y roller bearing motion with pneumatic centering
RCW - Lateral and Angular Alignment Device
The RCW compliance wrists are ideal for insertion applications where part positioning may be less than precise. Compliance in torsion, bending and lateral directions allow this device to compensate for inaccuracies thus protecting the part and machine.
Compensates for inaccuracy or misalignment between parts and machine in both lateral and angular axis
Increases assembly speed while reducing wear and parts jamming
Improves quality and reduces cost by avoiding damage of parts

The MICRO III, with its small dimensions of only 4,7 x 8,8 x 2,5 cm, is the ideal gas detector for personal protection. It weighs only 70 g, but yet offers the loudest alarm in its class (95dB). Easily placed into the shirt pocket or put on the belt you get the sixth sense for gas hazards for more than 5000 hours on a single battery (AA). The MICRO III uses the Smart-sensor technology, which means that if your detection requirement changes, the MICRO III can be easily adapted to the new measurement task by pre-calibrated, user replaceable sensors. The MICRO III is available for the following gases: oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen cyanide, ammonia, ethylene oxide, phosphine, silan, phosgene, hydrogen and ozone. For gas sampling an optional pump, which has its own power supply, can be attached to the detector. The durablitly, ease of use, and low maintenance of the MICRO III is an investment for many years.
