- Receiver horizontal from 18 to 5000 litres
- Receiver vertical from 270 to 5000 litres
Compressed air receivers, operating pressure 16 bar
- Receiver horizontal from 50 to 5000 litres
- Receiver vertical from 250 to 5000 litres
Compressed air receivers with higher operating pressures
are available upon request.
The air receiver dimensioning is very important. It depends on the size of your compressed air pipework, on the variation in the air demand and on the capacity of your compressors. Worthington proposes a complete range :
Painted or galvanised air receivers
Horizontal or vertical air receivers
From 90 to 5000 litres
Airtanks from 20L up to 4000L.(larger models upon request) These tanks are available in horizontal and vertical execution. The working pressure is 11 bar or 16 bar. Airtanks up to 900L. are in accordance with the CE-normalisation. The airtanks from 1000L. volume up are manufactured under the TÜV Baumuster registration.
The most advanced manufacturing and welding procedures are being used.
These tanks are being delivered complete with:
Hammertone coating.
Pressure gauge
Safety release valve
Condensate drain
Air stop ball-valve
These tanks are also available without these features. Airtanks manufactured under other certification are also available upon request, such as Loyd’s certification. The airtanks are also available in galvanised finish.
Clean, dry, quality compressed air is essential to ensure trouble free operation of a compressed air system and air operated equipment. HPC SECOTEC refrigerant dryers cool compressed air to a pressure dew point of +3oC, which is lower than anywhere else in the system and results in condensation taking place only in the dryer. In contrast to most refrigerant drying systems, the HPC SECOTEC concept uses an extremely efficient cycling system and temperature controlled thermal mass cold storage compartment which, unlike traditional dryers that operate continuously, allow the unit to shut down during low demand periods.
Clean compressed air reduces downtime of machines and controllers to an absolute minimum, greatly extends the service life of tools and keeps pipes and valves free of contaminants. Clean air can reduce servicing, maintenance and repair costs.
