Patented Modular Interchangeable Industrial electrode
Magazine Electrodes on the Universal station can be replaced or interchanged in a matter of seconds. Industrial slide the segmented stainless steel magazine out and the ceramic tube magazine in, now you are ready to run with a dual dielectric configuration. Take out the covered roll and replace with a bare roll, now you can run conductive substrates.
This patented modular magazine approach makes cleaning and changeover effortless with minimal downtime.

Standard mounting brackets and lifting eyes make installation quick and easy. The hight industrial voltage transformer is mounted directly to the station with all high voltage connections factory wired and tested.

Pillar´s patented technology in narrow web corona treating allows professional printers to produce hight-quality print on various substrates. The unitized or non-unitized versions easily mount to most press configurations.

Combined with the industry proven P6000 power supply the narrow web corona treater maximizes power efficiency across the web resulting in consistent wettability and ink adhesion with increased productivity. Integrated industrial power supplies range from 0.5 to 3.5 kW.

Corona treater model BHSN ( BOPP-PET industry).
The field of BOPP-PET film has always been for years a key-field for ME.RO. Only an history and a very long experience can allow you to manufacture treaters able to guarantee a complete reliability as these big producing plants require. It is not by chance that nowadays ME.RO can be considered the most important mufacturer for this application. This is demonstrated by the fact that the most important producers of BOPP film around the world have joined our technology to reach important treatment results with no stops of production for years.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:

The two sides unit called COROFLEX, with pneumatically operated cylinders, has been conceived to improve and increase production processes and it is suitable for extrusion. The unit is connected to professional generators with IGBT, 30 kHz work frequency, high performance modules. E.C. certification.

The P6000 Series features IGBT (Insulated Gate Bi-Polar Transistors) technology providing the most versatile corona treater suppliers of power supply on the market today. This compact unit incorporates a circuit design that enables instant and efficient power. The P6000 automatically adjusts itself to match into any industrial electrode style or dielectric material and offers the operator better than 4 to 1 load matching.
The versatility of the P6000 Series Corona Treater Power Supply provides for a nominal turn down ratio of 20 to 1, allowing the operator to precisely turn the power up or down to achieve the desired treat level. The specially designed power measurement circuit guarantees that the power specified is the power being delivered and the feedback circuit automatically maintains constant output power regardless of minor changes in load conditions, humidity and temperature.
