Cup- and conical brushes are mostly used on angle grinders. They are one of the most common power brushes. There are following different models:
Knot Cup Brushes
Knot cup brushes are for heavy duty use: for the preparing
of metal surfaces before painting, the removal of slag, rust,
scale or concrete waste.
Cup Brushes with crimped Wire
Cup brushes with crimped wire are ideal for working on large surfaces. They can also be used for the removal of rust, paint, dirt or scale and for polishing. The cup brushes can be delivered with different filling materials according to your requirements.
Conical Brushes
The special shape of these brushes enables the user to work in hard to reach places. The knots are left hand twisted to increase stability.

A completely innovative concept that incorporates in a single support all the conventional anchorings on the market.
Their careful and elegant design makes it possible for our TBK-3 brushes to be used at any deburring station.
They all have a revolutionary marking system that makes it possible to identify the filament grit in an easy, reliable way.
It is available in different diameters: 190-180-165-150-130-120-100 mm.
All our brushes are mounted with Kebblax-DIA® diamond filaments, Kebblax-DIAKK® diamond mixed with ceramic filaments and Kebblax-SIC® Silicon Carbide filaments.
Our Kebblax® filaments are manufactured with top quality 6.12 nylon, which, together with special additives and the right treatments, allow us to obtain completely innovative results, giving our brushes significantly higher technological value.
All Kebblax® filaments are produced in our development division, Kumex-Filaments®, whereas the supports are developed and produced at Kumex-Plastic-Systems®

KULLEN End, Cup and Bevel brushes give a gleaming finish to oxidised or coated metal surfaces. They are all-rounders in drilling machines, on angle grinders and in machining centres, performing such tasks as removing paint, scale and corrosion. They are also ideal for use in places which are difficult to get at, and were specially developed for the processing of edges and corners.
