PORTABLE FACING MACHINE
PRINCIPLE:
Machine with 4 fixing arms. Removable and adjustable (any angle) arms.
External fastening on the bolt holes of the flange.
Pneumatic drive (hydraulic or electric on request)
A manual and automatic central boring head drives a facing tool holder.
The adjustments of flatness and concentricity are inde-pendent. This allows a high precision and fine adjust-ment in relation to the chosen references.
SAFETY DEVICE IN CONFORMITY TO THE E.E.C. NORM:
ON/OFF emergency stop by means of an emergency "push" button.
Automatic stop through air lack, avoiding the start of the machine in case of air network restoring.
The emergency "push" button device can be locked.
