The electronic flow monitor from SIKA monitors liquid flows for failure to reach a specified flow rate.
The VE monitor works on the calorimetric principle. It has no moving parts even flows with entrained solids can be checked.

The flow monitor screws easily and directly into the process line by means of a connecting thread. Since the measuring probe is available in two lengths it covers a wide range of pipes of various nominal diameters and wall thicknesses.
In addition, the flow monitor is available in two versions:
the VES compact version
Here the flow sensor and the corresponding evaluation electronics form a single unit. This means that flow can be monitored directly at the point of measurement.
the VEG remote reading version
he flow sensor installed in the pipe is connected to the evaluation electronics by a connecting lead. The electronics unit has been designed for installation on a mounting rail. This means that several points of measurement can be monitored from a central location.

Mass flow techniques provide more RELIABLE, REPEATABLE AND ACCURATE gas flow rate measurements compared to volumetric methods such as rotometers and turbine meters. Mass flow measurements use the density of the gas to translate mass flow units (kg or lbs) to units of familiar volumetric terms (liters/min). However the measurements are still mass units (we call those units STANDARD liter/min (slm)) and they do not change with temperature and pressure changes. We do this by referencing just one, specific temperature and one specific pressure (STP).
300 Series mass flow instruments have flow ranges from 0-5 sccm to 0-3,000 slm; use all metal seals, provide analog outputs, and are constructed of stainless steel. The mass flow controllers have normally closed valves. Corrosive gases, with the exception of the halogens, pressures up to 1000 psig (optional) are easily measured.

AALBORG®'s GFC LOW COST self-contained ANALOG THERMAL MASS FLOW CONTROLLERS are designed to accurately measure and control the flowrates of gases. CONTROLLERS are constructed of rigid metallic components. Nylon is not used. Flowrates are unaffected by temperature and pressure variations.
Stainless steel models have wetted parts of stainless steel. Aluminum models have wetted parts of aluminum, brass and stainless steel. O-rings are VitonTM.
Local setpoint adjustments are conveniently accessible from the outside. External set point adjustments of the control valve are facilitated through a 15 pin D-connector. Control valves are normally closed proportionating electromagnetic valves.
A tiltable LCD readout is built into the top of the meter. Readings are in direct engineering units in terms of specific gases. Remote reading installations are possible by means of an optional extension wire supplied with a modular phone plug. Conveniently overlapping flow ranges.

The SDP1000 family of differential pressure sensors provides precise differential pressure measurement with an analog 0 to 4 voltage output. AALBORG®'s unique microprocessor-driven "Smart" DIGITAL MASS FLOW CONTROLLERS allow one to program, record, analyze and control flow rates of various gases with a computer via an RS 485 interface.
Programmable for various control functions such as SET POINT, TOTALIZER, STOP TOTALIZER, READ TOTALIZER, totalize from PRESET FLOW, stop at PRESET TOTAL, AUTO ZERO, PROGRAMMABLE FLOW and more. Sensirion’s SFC3000 is a small, fully digital mass flow controller for high-volume OEM applications. It offers fast and accurate control of gas flows over a very wide range. The digitally calibrated and temperature compensated sensor signal is converted directly into a signal which is used in the digital controlling circuit to control the valve. This results in very high accuracy, fast settling time and a large dynamic range. The mass flow controler’s excellent stability and repeatability make it ideal for analytical instruments. The KOFLOC High-Grade Mass Flow Controller MODEL 3200 SERIES is a high-performance, industrial gas mass flow controller, with focus on quick response, accuracy and adaptability. The MODEL 3200 SERIES is the KOFLOC’s standard high-performance model, equipped with the new temperature-tracing current differential sensor (P.A.F) for high accuracy at 1% F.S. or less and quick response of 0 ~ 100% in 1 s or less. A standard low-pressure differential model especially suited for applications of burn control, and a special SR model for minute flow of 1SCCM at full-scale are also available.

Porter MPC Series Mass Flow Controllers (MFC’s) contain both a fast and accurate MFC and the necessary electronics for a complete closed-loop control system, all in a compact, panel-mount, 1/16 DIN package. The MPC Series MFC's are available in full scale flow rates of 0.5, 2.0, 5.0 & 20.0 SLPM nitrogen and 2.0 SLPM helium.
Porter 200 Series MFC’s accurately measure and control flow rates of a wide variety of gases from 5 sccm to 1000 SLPM full scale nitrogen flow for operating pressures up to 3000 PSIG. The MFC’s provide a linear flow signal output proportional to a calibrated flow rate.
Porter Digital Series 600 MFC's handle flow rates and operating pressures identical to those of the 200 Series MFC's. The Digital Series 600 MFC's feature better accuracy & repeatability than analog MFC's, performance-enhancing digital electronics, multi-gas capability & self-diagnostics.
Porter Model 2201 MFC's bring a new dimension to affordable mass flow control. Model 2201 utilizes the same proven thermal sensor assembly and unique laminar flow elements found in the 200 Series MFC's, combined with the Porter Model EPC Electronic Proportional Control Valve. The result is an economical MFC that is affordable without compromising precision, control integrity or reliability.
