Filler Description
- The Sterikap™ 800 is a Single-Head Semi-Automatic bag filler ideal for a range of Aseptic and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) products.
- The filler can fill bags from 1.5 to 25 litres in capacity and be fitted with a variety of taps, caps and tubes.
- Sterikap™ 800 is ideal for startup and medium production. Bags are manually loaded into the filler. After filling, they are released for loading into boxes.
- The fill chamber and all product lines are automatically cleaned in place (CIP) after each production run and sterilized in place (SIP) before each run.
- The fill chamber is fully enclosed and sterility is maintained during production with a combination of steam, sterilant water or sterile air.

FS 6000
The FILL SEAL 6000 TRONIC is a filling/sealing machine with an 8-station rotary table. It is completely automatic and conceived to package a wide range of liquid and doughy products (such as yogurt, sauces, jams, etc…)
In spite of its compactness, this machine can package 2 cups per cycle thus satisfying both medium and high production requirements (up to 6000 pieces per hour).
The machine can run containers made of several materials such as PP, PET, APET, aluminium, couplet cardboard.
Strongly versatile, the FS 6000 is available in two versions: the STANDARD version that seals pre-cut lids and the FILM version that seals and cuts film coming from a reel.

Scope of use
For packing into cups such products as: cream, yogurt, cheese, butter, jam, honey, pate, salad etc. It is possible to pack different combinations of products (at two different products or the ones with compound consistency) e.g. instant soups with noodles, goulash with pieces of meet, yogurts with pieces of fruit. The packed products can have the temperature up to 75° C. The cups or other containers of various shapes and dimensions can be locked with caps made of aluminium thermally sealable foil or latch caps made of plastics.
Working principle
Cups are fed from a drum, placed in seats and moved further to the so-called packing round carousel. Process of filling the appropriate number of products is carried out with the use of cylindrical volume batcher or with the use of the selected set of batchers, depending on the kind of the packed product. Than the cap is put onto the cup and heated by a head. Date printer prints the date or short trade information on the cap surface. Ready packages are fed to receiving conveyor.

Automatic filling machine APK is appointed for volumetric filling of liquids and pasts (fluids, jams, honey, diary products, spreads, pasty, mayonnaise salad) – foodstuffs and non-foodstuffs character.
The machine is mechano-pneumatic and it is made of stainless steel. The control system SIEMENS is used and all pneumatic components are from FESTO. As a packing material can be used paper, plastic and aluminium foil. Lids are welding, impressing or covering. The machine may be adapted for various forms of covers and for filling of several components to one cover.

Entirely built in 18/8 stainless steel and anodized alluminium, equipped with: 1 automatic fork for pulse dosage, feeding basin of 18 lt., supplied
with cleaning cork; 1 electronic pulse pistol with complete control, supplied with spouts for the dosage of plum-cakes and buns on the cooking pans, either for the filling of constant doses in rolls, Krapfen, buns, and similiar (doses from gr. 3 to 60); 1 retaining valve; 1 pressure reducer with manometer; 1 automatic oiler for the lubrication of the machine; 1 device for the control of the working speed; 1 electronic regulation device, adjustable to the cake's lenght, directly set on the machine.
When the production is shift from one cream type to another, additional cream basins are required depending on the number of different creams in production; the cleaning of the machine is automatic changing the type of cream.
When production is finished, only hot water is needed for cleaning.

The new generation of vacuum fillers are specifically designed to fill liquid products or sauces into rigid containers such as glass jars, aluminium or tinplate cans. The containers handled may already contain other products such as: fruit, peeled tomatoes, tuna fish, meat, vegetables, etc.
Functions of the machine :
The table top chain conveyor delivers the containers to the infeed screw, which is constructed with a variable pitch to facilitate their entry. This screw is synchronised with the infeed starwheel, which tranfers the containers to the filler. At the beginning of the filling area, the containers activate a "no can-no fill" device, which allows the first phase of the operating cycle to commence. The following phases are activated by means of a roller/lever which turns by means of cams joined to a ring concentric to the filling bowl.
