The 400NF is the largest vehicle in the forestry range. It chrushes everything in its path, without any difficulty.
The 400NF was specially designed for large scale forestry work :
Steel bodywork, 3 to 6mm thick, low shielding, unbreakable Lexan Margard windows, oversized hydraulic tank to prevent overheating, priority power distribution to the tool, very low centre of gravity for climbing slopes of more than 30°, forestry chain tyres, fire-proof exhaust, bird's eye view of the tool...
The position of the engine, cooler system, hydraulic pumps and transfer gear box is identical with the 200NF and the 300NF. But each component has been sized for 400hp power. We are now entering another world : that of exceptional vehicles with considerable power.
The axles and gearbox have an admissible couple that is twice that of the 300NF. The maximum power at the tool is 410hp.

The 160C was the first 100% forestry vehicle designed by UNAC, in 1998. More than 10 years after the first models, the new generation 160C remains the top of our forestry range. Still unequaled today, it satisfies the very highest requirements to forestry companies. UNAC has effectively succeeded in creating a vehicle that is both simple to use, maintain and design, as well as reliable, light, compact and powerful.
The UNAC 160C carrier was designed for working where other, more classic, vehicles cannot go. UNAC did its utmost to make the vehicle compact, so that it can move around easily between trees or other obstacles. Its centre of gravity is very low, allowing it to climb stopes of up to 175%, or 60°. For your safety, UNAC recommends that the vehicle not be used for slopes of more than 120%, or 50°.
Thanks to the entirely glass cabin, the driver has 360° visibility and an optimal view of the tool. As the operating circuit is fully dydrostatic, there is mechanical flexibility and undeniable reliability. The standard machine is proposed with support safety bows and forestry shielding.

The 300NF has the same gauge as the 200NF, but has a thermal engine of greater power : 300hp, and with a pump tool that is 1.7 times more powerful (2.4 times more powerful as an option). The clearing capacities are the same.
A bird's eye view of the tool, simple commands, small or large wheels, low shielding, easy access to the engine, reversible ventilator ... everything has been sized for working in forests. The 300NF is equipped as an option with an 10 tonnes hauling winch, a safety bow and protection cables. A blade of the EGAME type is sold as an option. Two tool powers are available : 220hp standard of 280hp as an option.

The 200NF is the civil version of the EGAME, the military vehicle. Each time a product is developed, UNAC's policy is to design a machine from A to Z that is adapted to the work milieu, whilst conserving the experience obtained from the trencher and other vehicles developed.
The 200NF is proof of this, as each unit, each component is assembled and disposed to make this a real forestry machine : cooling radiator placed horizontally behind the cabin, protected from flying dust particles, two-way flux ventilator, large-sized 22 tonne ROPS/FOPS cabin, Lexan Margard glass to protect against any projections from the crusher, use of premium choice components with CATERPILLAR motorisation and SAUER hydraulic pumps, centre of gravity studied for working on slopes, 4WD motricity, locking differential, 22 ply and double steel belt tyres... everything you need for forestry work. Power available at the tool : 135hp standard or 170hp as an option.
