In fields as varied as district heating, services, small industries and the agribusiness industry, the priority in fuel burners is that they:
- are easy to install,
- guarantee reliable adjustment,
- use energy economically,
- minimize pollution emissions
- simplify operations.
With this aim in view, the NC.12 - NC.16 et NC.21 burners are fitted with the RTC® System, MDE® System, IME® system and the AGP® system.
Burners are designed, developed and built in compliance with the European standard EN 676. CUENOD burners are manufactured in compliance with the quality assurance certificate AFAQ ISO 9002. As for all CUENOD burners, the NC.12, NC.16 and NC.21 models have received EC certification, as they comply with the requirements of the relative European directives:
- Gas burner directive 90/396/EEC
- Machinery Directive 89/392/EEC
- EMC Directive 89/336/EEC
- Low voltage 73/23/EEC
- Efficiency Directive, when burners are installed on EC boilers.

Medium output burners used in heating
systems must meet five essential
requirements:
- simple implementation,
- easy operation,
- reliable and efficient settings,
- rational use of energy,
- low pollution emissions.
C.24 GX - C.30 GX burners are equipped with the innovative MDE® system, which allows technicians to query the burner at any time and obtain operating information and details of startup phases.
Burners are designed, developed and built in compliance with the European standards EN 676.
CUENOD burners are manufactured in compliance with the quality assurance certificate AFAQ ISO 9002.
All CUENOD burners bear the mark CE, indicating compliance with the relevant European Directives, including the Efficiency Directive 92/42 EEC, when installed on CE boiler shells.

The experience gained in contact with the professionals, enabled us to develop a new generation of burners combining improvement of the performances, precision and reliability of the adjustments. The design, the development, construction are organized according to European Standards' EN 676 for the burners. Burners CUENOD are manufactured under quality assurance ISO 9002 certified by the AFAQ.
As all CUENOD burners NC.4 GX - NC.6 GX - NC.9 GX are thus in conformity with the European Directives with regard to them, in particular with the Directive Output 92/42 the EEC when they are installed on boiler shells EC.

Low NOx Burners
SLS™ Technology
MAXON Corporation believes in responsible, intelligent use of energy to produce a better quality of life for everyone, worldwide. We invest in developing innovative technology and the best combustion minds to deliver clean, efficient solutions for our customers. MAXON products feature robust technology, delivered in a practical way, because it's the responsible thing to do for the environment and the population.
SLS™ Technology reduces NOx in industrial burners by reducing prompt NOx formation in the reacting flow field. This advanced technology is an innovative method to merge stabilized, lean premix technology with flexible nozzle mix advantages. Covered by two US patents, the SLS™ Technology in MAXON products produces extremely low emission of NOx and CO without sacrificing performance or reliability. Look for the SLS™ tag on MAXON burners like the M-PAKT™ Ultra Low Emission Burner.

The Peabody Blast Furnace Gas (B.F.G.) burner from
Hamworthy Combustion Engineering has been designed for
use in boilers, furnaces and fired heaters that utilise low
calorific value gas as the main fuel.
The burner is a volute plenum chamber, which the gas enters
tangentially and flows In a single uninterrupted stream until it
leaves through the unobstructed annular exit port into a
refractory throat.

The purpose of an ignitor is to supply the necessary heat release for startingup an industrial burner.
Taking advantage of over 80 years expertise in combustion, PILLARD propose a wide range of electricgas ignitors which may fit all types of burners for boilers, refinery heaters, process furnaces, hot gas generators,
rotary kilns, and reactors of Claus units.
The PACKLIGHT ignitor fires on natural gas or propane.
Its particularity is to incorporate the high voltage transformer in its rear
housing generating the lightingup spark, as well as the ionization
electrode ; the self-checking ionization detector (type PILLARD “IONY” leaflet n° 0202) allows the presence of the ignitor’s flame to be permanently monitored.
The PACKLIGHT ignitors join together the following advantages :
• Ability to supply a heat release of up to 19 kW (400 kW in special
version).
• Incorporation in the rear housing of the high voltage transformer and
the ionization self-checking detector which simplifies installation.
• Display of ionization detection level and gas pressure, which eases
commissioning and maintenance.
• Plug-in connexion which eases maintenance.
• Sturdy and compact construction.
• Easy and quick replacement of the complete rear housing, which eases
maintenance.
• Available with or without external air feed, operation as intermittent
ignitor or permanent pilot, and available in EXPLOSION PROOF
version.
