The bag filters are manufactured on modern production facilities at our filter factory. Many years of experience in the production of bag filters, the use of suitable materials and good processing ensure high quality products. The bag filter inserts are employed as pre-filters or main filters in ventilation and air-conditioning systems to extract fine dust. They are available in various designs offering different extraction and efficiency levels and in different lengths to enable optimum adaption to the prevailing requirements. The filters consist of a plastic face frame (metal frame available upon request) and the individual filter bags made of glass fibre fabrics with spunbonded fabric lining.

When it comes to baghouses, lots of people in the wood, plastics and food industries have seen one. (The key word here is "one".) Many think they're all similar. Actually, there have been several thousand manufacturers over the past century making a wildly diverse range of designs. The handful of makers that still exist do so because their products work.
Like many pieces of shop equipment, baghouse filters need periodic replacement. If your unit (or the affordable used one you just found at an auction) is almost an antique and/or you can't locate the OEM, we can make replacement bags or sleeves for it. In most cases our engineered fabrics will substantially improve its performance at the same time.

Camfil Farr Gigapleat filters are a range of unique products based on the use of adsorbents that are incorporated in a non-woven fiber web. The adsorbents may be made from a very high quality carbon or ion-exchange resin. Variants are available for the removal of acids, bases and condensables.

QualityCell Rigid Cell Filters
Today's highly efficient air handling systems maximize efficiency by varying airflow according to the needs of the occupied space. The "Quality Cell" Rigid Cell Filter is built with special plastic separators and heavy gauge metal backing to hold the pleated media stable at any airflow for maximum media utilization. The "Quality Cell" is constructed with polypropylene media and separators to discourage microbial growth and is offered in ASHRAE ratings of 45%, 65%, 85%, and 95% and Odor Ban carbon media.
QualityCell V Cell
The mini pleat "V" construction of the "Quality Cell" V cell incorporates 150 square feet of media in a 24 x 24 x 12 filter. This tremendous amount of media allows for lower pressure drops, longer service life, and high efficiency. The entire frame, media, and media separators are constructed of plastic making "Quality Cell" V cell resistant to moisture damage. High blowout resistance makes this an optimal choice for high air velocity applications. Available in ASHRAE 52.2 (MERV) ratings up to 14 (equivalent to 52.1 @ 95%).

PTFE filter elements are produced by sintering pure PTFE granules,no other substances are used in the construction. These filter elements are usually offered when only 100% pure PTFE can be used. It is normally preferable to offer a K type disposable filter element, if suitable, as both pressure drop and life characteristics are superior to the PTFE elements. The advantage of PTFE is a higher maximum temperature, up to 200°C, and somewhat better chemical resistance. These filter elements should be ultrasonically cleaned to give best results.

TURBOGLASS
Rigid pocket filter in microfiber of glass.
ll filter TURBOGLASS is constituted from a resistant plastic chassis to the heat, totally riciclabile. The leaking material is in microfiber of idrorepellente glass lacking in cellulose, in class of filtration from F5 to F9. The filter does not introduce to its inside some metallic member, as the assemblage of the chassis and the resistor of the leaking septum concurs to avoid ulterior reinforces. The glue chassis being completely on all sides, with sealing poliuretanico, resistant to acids, is lacking in any by pass of the air. The air crosses alone and exclusively the leaking septum. A gasket in polyurethane completes filter TURBOGLASS.
The leaking septum that it constitutes filter TURBOGLASS is 100% microfiber of glass. The microfiber of glass is folded with a system that allows to obtain a uniform spacing between the folds, for a better leaking efficiency and a better withholding of particles and consequently a greater one I accumulate of the powders. Such characteristic assures a resistor begins them much lowland and an elevated operating life of the filter.
The microfiber of glass having to its inside fibers in cellulose is not totally idrorepellente.

We'd like you to believe that our custom fabric filters will solve all the world's dust problems, .but there are some pieces of equipment designed to only use a cartridge filter. A pleated media provides a very large filter surface area within a compact package.
The advantage is that a filter doesn't take up much volume in the workspace. Commercial air intakes and vents work well with this type of filter. Working with many custom and off-the-shelf suppliers, we can easily cross-reference virtually any product or modify a design to solve specific problems. The cartridge's disadvantage is that large amounts of (wood, flour, etc.) dust can quickly fill in the pleats and essentially block all airflow. Small wood shop collectors that collect dust inside the cartridge are a case in point. High replacement costs and tedious maintenance regimens have led more than one user to modify their collector to use our filter bags. We'd be glad to help you make the comparison.
