Hand Operated Hoists Features and Spécifications
Covers:
Impact résistant Lexan resin covers are utilized to protect the gearing and load brake. The covers are designed for protection only and do not support bearings. They can be removed easily for inspection and/or maintenance.
Load Chain:
The zinc plated load chain is close link coil type,
electric welded alloy steel and is heat treated for
wear and impact résistance. Ail links are of uniform size and shape to permit proper seating in the load sheave pockets. The dead end of the chain is securely attached to the hoist in a manner which will permit ease of replacement.

Liebherr offers a broad material handling program for a variety of applications.
Accumulating conveyors
The accumulating conveyors are designed for the direct and indirect transport of workpieces onto pallets. Because of indivdually connected conveyor sections, the transport length can be extended any time if desired. The pallet return is performed by lifting and lowering stations. Because of their accumulating ability, they are indexing independent.
The toothed chain conveyors are designed for direct transport of workpieces with an uneven surface (e.g. pins or collars), that may touch during transport. Based on their accumulating ability, they are indexing independent.
The individual sections can be connected so that the tooth chain conveyors can be extended to any length, and based on their accumulating ability, they are indexing independent
The indexing chain conveyors are designed for the transport of shafts such as crankshafts, camshafts, or axis shafts on workpiece supports. The forward motion can be selected in different indexing units.
The plastic chain conveyors are designed to transport any number of unevenly-shaped workpieces without them touching each other. The workpieces are transported on pallets. Modular corner pieces mean that any type of conveyor shape is possible. Parallel machines are connected using satellite units.
The individual sections can be connected so that the plastic chain conveyors can be extended to any length, and the queue effect means they are independent of timing.
The hinged chain conveyors are designed for direct transport of workpieces with an even surface, that may touch during transport. For workpieces which are heavy or do not have an even surface, a multiple lane design is possible.
Through the connection of individual conveyor sections, the slat chain conveyors can be expanded as desired and are indexing independent because of their accumulating ability.
