X45 is a compact conveyor platform which offers easy integration with machines and space efficient filling, production and packaging lines. The system is suitable for handling of small products.
X45e – puck handling with embedded intelligence
X45e is an intelligent platform for automated processes such as assembly, controlled filling and samples analysis. Sophisticated 24 V drive units and puck handling modules with embedded controls, simplifies controls engineering and enables high line efficiency. Power consumption is very low due to the efficient PM motor and transmission. All is RFID prepared, facilitating track & trace and automated QA capability.
X45e is especially suitable for handling of small products in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries.

Hand Operated Hoists Features and Spécifications
Covers:
Impact résistant Lexan resin covers are utilized to protect the gearing and load brake. The covers are designed for protection only and do not support bearings. They can be removed easily for inspection and/or maintenance.
Load Chain:
The zinc plated load chain is close link coil type,
electric welded alloy steel and is heat treated for
wear and impact résistance. Ail links are of uniform size and shape to permit proper seating in the load sheave pockets. The dead end of the chain is securely attached to the hoist in a manner which will permit ease of replacement.
