Multiple uses with the various saw blades
Adapted to the industrial lifespans
The jig-saws are adapted to the blades of the most varied teeth (additional to order separately), in particular for the industrial lifespans. The cutting speed is adjustable in a few seconds thanks to the adjustment of the exhaust silencers connected on the side. Two frequencies of blades make it possible moreover to adapt to various nanomaterials.
The first bearing unit (1850min-1) is used for the sawing of the following matters:
steel until 400N/mm 2, Al, Cu, ms, wood hard and tender, laminated, thermohardening, plastic reinforced with glass fiber, similar laminates, asbestos cement, and other nanomaterials.
The second bearing unit (1300min-1) is used for the sawing of the following matters:
stainless steel and thermoplastics.
A major part of the outgoing air is evacuated in a quiet way by the laterally connected handle, and thus moves away the unpleasant drafts from the scheme of work. In same time, a small part of this air is employed for cooling of the saw blade and to determine the outline of cut.
The screw with six sides making it possible to tighten and loosen the blade is constantly in the knob handle dévissable.
Of a great utility, certain accessories are available to few expenses: units of maintenance, special oil adapted to the pneumatic machines, balancers, and pneumatic hoses resisting oil.

Used primarily for cutting metal and non-ferrous metals. Milled and set teeth allow for better clearance while cutting metal. Using a larger tooth (6, 8 tpi) allows for more efficient cutting in hard board, wood and other wood composites.
High strength steel cutting edges are hardened to 65 Rc and electron-beam welded to a flexible backer steel offering the flexibility required for longer blades.
