OMVE FS212 Asepto-Fill®
-Aseptic Filling & Closing bench-
The OMVE Asepto-Fill FS range enables small scale production to produce packaged samples aseptically, at a fraction of the cost and time compared to industrial aseptic filling systems.
The OMVE Asepto-Fill includes all equipment and a detailed step-by-step methodology to assist the operators in filling sterilised containers. The process is overseen by a PLC (programmable logic controller) and operated by a touch-screen interface. This not only guides the operator through the vital cleaning and sterilisation activities, but also ensures that positive responses are obtained at each stage of the process, ensuring the effectiveness of the aseptic filling operation.
Since many of the operations are under manual control, the OMVE Asepto-Fill is ideal for R&D departments and pilot plants applications. This unique equipment is flexible in operation, easy to use and assures the highest hygienic conditions during operation.

Introduction OMVE FS210 Clean-Fill & FS211 Clean-Fill ESL
There are still many laboratories and pilot plants that fill and close the heat-treated product in an open ‘’contaminated’’ atmosphere. When filling in a normal filling hood, the complete filling line is not part of a CIP and/or SIP procedure. This will create unacceptable variations in the quality of your trials and gives not a representative simulation of an industrial process line.
With the special designed Clean-Fill & Clean-Fill ESL, OMVE offers the widest range of filling benches/ hoods for laboratories and pilot plants within the food industry. Different packaging can be filled and closed within the hygienic environment.

OMVE CF121 Table-Top Carbonator
-Carbonates and fills on small scale-
The CF121 laboratory carbonator has a compact designed that gives R&D and QA departments the possibility to carbonate (customer) water or post-mix drinks fast, at a very accurate CO2 level with a minimum of effort. The start-up time (cooling and saturation) is very short. You only have to set the desired CO2 level and the system is doing the rest. The unit will automatically refill the saturation vessel with fresh water after every filled container. Depending on the size of container and CO2 level, the output of the CF121 laboratory carbonator is approximate 25 l/h [~6.6 gph] (based on 50x 0.5 litre PET bottles).

HMT Series
All HMT steam sterilizers are manufactured at a modern plant using state-of-the-art processes and technologies. All units comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive and all applicate European standards and regulations and bear the CE mark.
While in the case of HMT 232 X, one out of four different sterilization times can be selected, the units of the FA class offer preselected programs with an automatic, microprocessor-controlled program sequence, including an automatic feed water out of the reservoir.
Safety included
All HMT steam sterilizers are equipped with an overpressure protection switch, a safety valve and an overheating protection switch. The door is locked manually by a turning bolt. As a matter of course, the unit is equipped with a water-level monitor for the reservoir and the sterilization chamber, using a visible and audible warning message in case of low water.
