With the WinTool Logistic module you can manage tool components anywhere in the MFG process. Using the interactive dialog, barcodes and 'batch booking', you efficiently book tools to cost centers or machines. The browser based user interface can be easily customized for data entry hardware like wireless barcode scanners: this equals quick and error-free stock management. WinTool calculates purchase requisitions automatically (minimum stock) and you easily revise orders in the elaborate shopping cart. ALSTEF’s Automation and IT Engineers, specialists in handling systems, are involved in the projects from the design studies up to the realisation of the installation.
Our standardised applications result from our experience and are supported by innovative systems; PLC’s, ASI bus, and power bus.
In order to analyse and optimise breakdown repairs, ALSTEF develops supervision on different systems (In Touch, PV view, Factory Link, Panorama).
BAGWARE® the software package developed by ALSTEF can control all the baggage screening process.
At the centre of the system, BAGWARE® makes the interface with the Airport flight software (FIMS : Flight Information Management System), with the conveyor control PLC’s, and with the DCV ground control system.
BAGWARE® can also interface with the SCADA systems dedicated to the baggage sortation equipment, with the Airport GTC, the FIDS (Flight Information Display System) and the BRS (Baggage Reconciliation System).
BAGWARE® developed under LINUX/ORACLE is supported by a cluster ensuring the redundancy of the equipment. In case of breakdown, the hardware/software architecture will carry on the operations automatically, without any operator action.
The BAGWARE® flight module is not compulsory but can be added. Using an ergonomic operator interface it allocates the chutes to the flights. It provides a data modelling over one year operation according to prepared data, it is synchronised with the real flight schedule and interfaces with the FIDS.

SYSTORE is the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for the management and integrated control of automatic warehouse and handling systems developed by System Logistics; it is steadily updated according to its long-lasting expertise as for intralogistics, also thanks to the continuous interaction with the plenty of customers in the most varied industrial sectors.
SYSTORE is implementable and flexible, it has a modular structure for suitably handling the main processes of the company internal supply chain, such as:

· loading units identification and tracking;
· management of storage allocations and optimization of material distribution;
· control of handling flows depending on the traffic managing strategies;

· preparation and consolidation of picking orders;

System Logistics in-house software department can customize SYSTORE depending on the needs of each project, using the different modules for the perfect integrated management of:

· complex picking systems
· MODULA vertical drawer storage systems
· traditional and LGV handling systems
· manual warehouses controlled by radiofrequency
SYSTORE is especially user-friendly for system set-up and control activities, it can be easily interfaced with all the existing computer processing and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Baan, etc…) and integrates also the outside interface functions for remote maintenance and reference through Internet as well.
