FARO® Gage: Measure it Where You Make it!
FARO Gage, Gage Plus and PowerGage are high-precision, portable 3D coordinate measurement systems with a working range of 1.20 metres and a measurement accuracy of ±0.005 mm (±0.0002’’). A variety of attachment options enable rapid deployment directly at the workplace or in a processing centre. With FARO PowerGage, components can be measured and inspected based on CAD data, as well. Designed exclusively for today’s machine shop, the six-axis ROMER Multi Gage is a portable precision CMM with a 1.2 m measuring volume. The new Multi Gage is used for dimensional control of molds, parts, tooling, castings, and more. Its quickmount system allows the CMM to be setup for on-demand measurement and inspection of parts or assemblies on your machine tool or anywhere on the shop floor.
New plug-and-measure probes: Using Swiss-made multi-wire connectors from TESA, the same type used on the TESASTAR-M motorized probe head, ROMER’s longstanding automatic probe recognition feature is now coupled with a highly proven, robust kinematic joint connection. The probes are automatically recognized and identified by the software – just like on a large CMM – with no recalibration of probes required when changing from probe to probe.

The ZETT MESS AMPG 6-axis articulated measuring arm is a transportable coordinate measuring machine. Its application range extends from quality and production control within production lines, to crash test measurements for measuring points that are not easily accessible and interior space measurements as well as scanning and digitising surfaces in the design area. The Coordiante measuring machines DIMENSION and DIMENSION-TWIN were especially designed and constructed for use in harsh conditions where fast and percise measuring is paramount. Here only low-friction percision linear guides of the highest quality are used. Air bearings in combination with granit guides can be used when higher accuracy is required. As with all our CMM machines, the motors and guides are sealed. This helps assure protection from dirt, damage, and thermal influences. Highly dynamic, high quality servo-motors provide an exact and vibration-free positioning.
Our manually controlled machines have integrated handwheels, as well as easy to use fixation controls for all axis.
