HYDRAULIC AUTOMATS PP 501A
Saws are controlled through microprocessor system with display and keyboard for band saw functions programming. Possibility to program the length and number of pieces. Saw stops after the set number of pieces is done,material ends, saw band breaks or an error with its identification. This saw also has electro-hydraulic feed system till 500 mm length of material with mechanical back stop and accuracy indicator 0,1 mm. The feeding length can be multiplied for longer pieces. Increased saw band engine power through frequency inverter with continuous saw band speed regulation.
