Modular belt conveyors are the same as a belt conveyor in their method of operation. They consist of a band running over idle pulleys and they carry goods/materials on top to be transported from one point to another. Available in different materials and size, modular belt conveyors have the advantage, that damaged belts can easily have individual slats replaced enabling quick maintenance within any conveyor system. These conveyor systems are simple, versatile and are low cost.
