The New DUSTTRAK™ II and DRX Aerosol Monitors
The Revolution in Real-Time Dust Monitoring Has Arrived: Forget everything you knew about aerosol monitors. The new DUSTTRAK II and DRX monitors are light years ahead of any other. The DUSTTRAK™ DRX monitor, for instance, is a new laser photometer that simultaneously measures both
mass and size fraction – something no other monitor can do. When it comes to worker comfort and productivity, as well as risk management, don’t you want the best? The new DUSTTRAK II and DRX aerosol monitors simply leave everyone else in the dust.
These new DUSTTRAK DRX laser photometers simultaneously measure mass and size fraction – something no other monitor can do. Both the desktop and handheld monitors are continuous real-time 90° light-scattering laser photometers that simultaneously measure size-segregated mass fraction concentrations corresponding to PM1, PM2.5, Respirable, PM10, and Total PM size fractions. They combine both particle cloud (total area of scattered light) and single particle detection to achieve mass fraction measurements.
Real-Time Dust Monitoring Takes A Giant Leap Forward.

Gasmet™ In-Situ analyser consists of a sample cell inserted into the stack or duct, heated steel mounting flange and the rugged GICCOR™ interferometer unit in an IP65 enclosure that is directly attached to the flange.
Gasmet™ In-Situ offers a cost-effective alternative for extractive systems in continuous emissions & process monitoring where multiple compounds are monitored. Typically, concentrations of H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4 are continuously monitored with a single Gasmet™ In-Situ. In addition, different VOC’s can be measured as individual compounds. There is no need for any span calibrations; only zero calibration with instrument air every 24 hours. Measurement results can be transmitted with analog 4 – 20 mA signals or with a digital protocol (MODBUS, PROFIBUS etc.).
By combining powerful FTIR technology with rugged in-stack measurement cell, the Gasmet™ In-Situ offers increased analytical capability and reduced cross-interference effects when compared with other types of in-situ analysers.

G460 Multi-Gas Detector – Hands Free Assurance
The durable G460 continuously measures and displays readings for up to seven gases at the same time. Its functional, watertight design (IP67) and the rubberized shock resistant housing (280 grams) make the G460 an ideal device for daily operations in rough environments. A large, easy to read, three-color display changes color to indicate the severity of the alarm; the backlight color changes from green for "OK" to orange or red for an alarm. The loud audible alarm (103 dB at 12"), built-in vibrator and bright 360° LED alarm indicators alert users to hazardous conditions. The innovative backlit display can be "flipped" 180° or "zoomed" at the push of a button.
A single on/off button is all it takes for normal day to day operation. A simple three button interface provides access to advanced setup options. Calibration adjustment is completely automatic; just attach the calibration adapter and apply gas. The instrument automatically makes adjustments and retains the three most recent calibration dates for each sensor. The motorized pump includes a built-in slideshutter switch that permits operation in either diffusion or sample-draw mode while the pump is attached. The easily attachable pump is powered by its own battery pack that provides 20 hours of continuous sampling from up to 100 feet away.
G460 detectors are available for use with a wide range of long-lasting, interchangeable smart-sensors for LEL. Infrared (NDIR) sensors for the direct measurement of CO2, and photoionization detectors (PID) for the measurement of volatile organic chemical (VOC) hazards are also available.
