Amazing flexibility!
Using vacuum cups or mechanical grippers, a Bosch Delta Robot can be created to suit nearly any application. Two forms of robots are provided by Bosch. One of which is a Top Loader, the other is a Feed Placer. In Top Load applications, the product is picked from an incoming flow and placed in a case, carton, or tray. Feed Placers pick product from an incoming flow and place it directly into your wrapper infeed, thermoformer infeed, bucket chain conveyor, or nearly any form of a flighted or pitched conveyor.
Faster than conventional robotics!
The Bosch Delta robot arrangement allows the actuators to be located in fixed positions, greatly reducing the mass of the moving structure. In turn, this enables the Delta Robot arms to move at an exceptional rate - up to 10 times the acceleration of gravity!

Vacuum Grippers for Photovoltaics Production
Based on a new handling concept, the SWG offers new levels of process safety and damage minimisation and reaches the magical cycle time of 1 second. The SWG grips the entire surface of the wafer without leaving a mark and meets the highest standards of acceleration and process speed. The SWG also provides accurate, reliable handling when working with wafers that are smaller than the contact surface of the gripper.

Suitable for picking of primary and secondary foods, the M-430iA/2F and M-430iA/4FH can handle payload of 2kg respectively 4kg and have a long reach of 900mm. Their five axes lend them flexibility to accommodate horizontal or vertical product placement positions.
M-430iA/2P and M-430iA/2PH are 6-axes robots especially designed for pharmaceutical applications with 2kg payload and 700mm respectively 900mm reach.
The anthropomorphic arm design produces a large work envelope that allows the M-430iA/2F to quickly rotate or flip back on itself. The arm can be ceiling or floor mounted. With its high speed axes M-430iA can achieve up to 120 cycles per minute at 1kg payload.
The M-430iA has been designed to meet stringent cleanliness requirements and has a smooth exterior surface with no contaminant trap areas the paint has a high gloss finish and is resistant to acids and alkaline materials.
For regular wash down the robot is sealed to meet IP 67 standards and is equippped with food grade grease.
The M-430iA robots are controlled by the new intelligent R-30iA series controller with fully integrated vision control system iRVision.

Polypack's patented robotic Pick & Place system ensures product stability throughout the entire wrapping process. This robotic system is the only pick and place equipment capable of handling ovals and unstable products. With no pusher, this system can wrap virtually any product, regardless of stability. The ROKH system is the most innovative and advanced loading, unloading, and collating system available. ROKH System are simple, versatile, easy to maintain, and most of all, cost effective.
The robotic pick-and-place system is widely used in the personal care and pharmaceutical industry because of its capability of handling oval bottles such as oddly shaped shampoo bottles.
ROKH Infeed
Polypack's patented robotic Pick & Place system, designed to collate and load products directly from a conveyor onto the film of the shrink wrapper. This system assures perfect product transfers and allows for quick and easy changeovers. The ROKH can be placed on the side of a current line, or integrated inline.

What does it do?
* The Delta Robot is a three or four-axis vision-guided robotic system for handling on-the-fly, un-oriented products. Ideal when the in-feed cannot be predicted, or is random
How does it work?
* The robot is an overhead supported, three or four axis robot, with a large working envelope. Product enters the working envelope after being detected by a highly accurate camera system for orientation. The robot takes the input from the camera, goes directly to the product and re-orientates the product while placing it in the location or container specified, all at speeds exceeding 150 picks per minute!

The MPK2 is high-speed, 5-axis picking robot that provides superior performance
and reliability for food handling, picking, packing and other high-speed material handling applications.
Its compact, slim arm design allows reach into confi ned spaces and the hollow arm allows cables and hoses to be run internally throughout the entire robot. The MPK2 is wash-down ready (wrist and body) for applications where cleanliness
is important.
Its fast axial speeds and acceleration reduce cycle times and increase production output. The top wrist speed of 2000 degrees per second provides maximum productivity, even when parts need to be rotated more than 90 degrees.

The Adept Quattro s650H robot is the newest version of Adept's highly successful parallel-style, high-speed packaging robot. With a patented 4-link parallel drive and a light-weight carbon fiber construction provide packaging cycle times twice as fast as conventional packaging robots and up to 240 pick-and-place cycles per minute. This new robot boasts all the performance features that made the previous model successful, with the added bonus of a stringent hygienic design.
The Adept Quattro s650H robot is also the world's first packaging robot to integrate its controls inside of the robot mechanism. This eliminates the need for costly and maintenance-heavy external controls cabinets. The integrated controls also saves valuable factory floor space and simplifies installation.
The Quattro s650H runs on Adept's industry leading SmartController platform, which provides fully integrated vision and conveyor tracking for up to 6 conveyors. This creates an ideal solution for high speed packaging applications in which products are randomly located on moving conveyor belts.
The Adept Quattro features over-the-belt mounting, a 1300 mm work envelope and 250 mm Z-stroke along with a wash down option for usage in sensitive manufacturing environments, which require frequent washing to prevent product contamination.

TM Robotics offer a series of SCARA robots from the TH-250 through to the SR-1504. All have unique handling capabilities for varying workloads. The SCARA range can offer robots with arm lengths of 250mm to 1500mm, and workload capacitys from 3kg to 70kg.
Perhaps the most innovative of the Toshiba Machine SCARAs are the TH-250 and TH-350, which provide better accuracy and repeatability than comparable SCARA's, and offer quicker cycle times and faster motion. These new SCARAs are so precise that they can even be used to good effect in the electronics industry. The TH-250 and TH-350 feature payloads of up to 3kg and repeatability of ?0.01mm. These robots are suited to applications in the handling of small components, such as electrical, mobile phone and camera parts, assembly and test equipment. Other applications that demand similar accuracy are hard disk drive assembly, as well as very high precision work, such as optical lens grinding and watch assembly. Furthermore, the TH-250 and TH-350 allow the user to place electronic components on PCB boards, or even handle the optical pick up lenses used in CD and DVD disc drives.
